As far as proof, most of the evidence has never seen the inside of a courtroom. My understanding is that most cases were dismissed for lack of standing. Ballot mules dropping stacks of ballots at multiple drop boxes is shown in video surveilance. Great numbers of ballots lack chain of custody. Signature verifications either didn't happen in many cases, and in many cases accepted ballots that any reasonable person would not.

There's more, but it all comes down to those who are actually in power, whether they will act, or not. And they've chosen to not act, even as we find more and more those who are receiving large amounts of foreign money. Too many of our leaders have been bought and sold!
