After doing some research on Bell and associates who created this...

I can fully understand how racist this is...

It's horrible.

One of the framers argued in favor of reparations to the point where whites were oppressed and all minorities are the power makers.

It requires subjective instead of objective viewpoints of facts and logical thought was tossed in favor of emotional pleas.

Oppression can be seen in every culture in fact.

When one truly understands that a culture that does not have a handle on Sin is like a dog chasing it's own tail.

The Socialist are a anti-Christ ! in fact they come from a mans works perception, they make up all types of taboos because they are a shallow and short sighted people that can not handle the truth and this type create rubbish like voodoo worshiping idols. I seen on TV last night some stupid show where morons sit at home are commenting on TV programs, well the morons were commenting on a negro Voodoo session in Africa, they all thought it wonderful, they were so impressed with it all. all them people in the home program commenting are morons ! why does such a show with such lowlife get aired I think to myself, well it's just another tool at work in the hope to bastardise and undermine a nations people.
Simpletons are drawn to depravity like moths to a flame. something may be intriguing to a fool but they are not aware to the gravity that truly at hand. next it will be them getting there head cut off and not just a chook and all the rest of the rubbish that goes with it all. mind you if you point out the reality of such nonsense the morons get offended !
If you stand up against any virtue less activity out comes the morons crying that they are offended.

The Devil is a work of art in such a thing because of the carnal nature of people, they are taken in by such deceptions and they love to hold on to such things, they abide into deceptions for they are fools and it's their ego that aids such depravity. so they get on some bandwagon displaying their ignorance.
like all the fools who claim they are oppressed, gays are claiming to be oppressed, well that's a lie and they are one of the biggest creators of oppression and Malice that there is not to mention that the Americans of African decent are there own worst enemy as well in fact and it's this two who should be looking at themselves as to why the problems exist, there is no real problems with any other black racial back ground or any other race regardless that is such a toxic issue.

Just look at all the issues that are created, it's the virtue less that rule the day on sob story's, it's oh me oh my ! but look at the ones with virtue they don't have time for that dribble sob sister crap dominating their lives, because they just get on with insults day in day out. when I worked I was insulted everyday, people were trying to take advantage of me or rob me and disregard me and my work and you know who it was that was the worst culprits, simple minded bigoted socialist type of wimps who were oblivious to reality ! they think I have a magic wand hidden somewhere to make problems go away for them, not to mention they could not careless about me and my position at all, because they can't see past their own nose. it's they are the very problem, they are rude and obnoxious if it was not for such people the major problems would disappear away.

If only it was...

As always it's the beliefs in this flawed system that is the problem.

At it's surface it's supposed to evaluate our current system of laws and see if it creates a situation to where no one or too few can rise above their current status.
Which I can agree is a really good idea. We need a system that allows for those who are bankrupt in some form to have hope in the possibility of having a good life if they will change their ways. (Fines that get beyond their ability to ever pay and then compounded for not paying them causing re-incarceration)

Bussing for children of low tax-base neighborhoods to get a better education in higher tax-base neighborhoods was the first attempt at this program. Now we have the Charter school programs which work better and a "buffet" approach to high schools in a county that allows a student to attend a school of choice (except for charter schools which must be earned by grades and lottery system except by those actually zoned in those neighborhoods)

And even if the school system as a whole is failing then vouchers are granted to children...thus ending any discrepancy in available options for education. So generational poverty due to lack of quality education can be eliminated.
And these systems have been in place for decades now.

However
What has been seen currently is a cultural addiction to poverty and classism. Peer pressure to intentionally stay uneducated and unskilled to the point of severe hazing for violators that become educated and skilled.
And it doesn't seem to stay within racial lines...but economic ones.
The peer pressure and hazing can come from racial lines but it can cross racial lines as well. (Neighborhoods are radically diverse)

But especially when people have been incarcerated for crimes the message that "it's not your fault" is something that every convicted felon wants to grab on to...
