I apologize for the apparent personal strike at you.
I thought I understood what the discussion was about but maybe I don't really. I will have to avoid anything in this sub-forum in the future.
Long ago I came to realize that I had no way of knowing the truth of the matter on subjects like this short of a divine revelation. I have not had any revelation.
People with real health issues need real answers to those problems. I guess that that was what I was trying to say. I lost a lot of people to death this past year and my emotions did come to the fore. I do apologize for taking it out on you. Maybe I am getting too old for all of this...
If I had a wife with immune issues, I think I'd be faced with this:
If I don't get her vaccinated and she gets the virus and dies...
If I do get her vaccinated and she gets the blood clot and dies...
If I do get her vaccinated and she gets the Delta variant and dies...
I think Amadeus needs our prayers and support, no matter what he has done, does, or will do...don't you?

Amadeus, you do not have to be sorry about anything here. I just was a little surprised. You are always a friend to me no matter who is throwing....if I did not respond to you I would be lying, not only to you, but myself brother. I cannot ignore your feelings or your my emotions..they have to be aired out...
I do not know truth on most subjects. I do however consider knowing some of this truth a key area of my spiritual walk.
I know your wife from your writings is in need of medical support...I do sympathize with her and your plight.
I also need to throttle down my words a bit, and try to still get my thoughts out to you and others with 'nicer' language....it can be tough with my personality

Thank for your kind words. I am overly tired emotionally as well as physically. My 96 year old pastor is draining me of much these days, but he is one of those who cannot help it and knows no better. His wife died 9 years ago. He has no blood family and his mind is unable to cope with the daily needs of his own life. My wife and I have received the burden and he cannot relieve the pressure of it. I wish I were even 10 years younger... but as I have quoted before on this forum, "if wishes were horses, beggars would ride".

THESE words spoken to a brother from a brother are MORE TRUE and PRECIOUS than any conspiracy... @APAK... you adopted me as your sister a while back... I read the original post that Amadeus wrote to you... and this is what I HEARD in his words to you...
For those of us who live simple lives and desire to keep our focus on CHRIST...and PRAISE HIM... TRUST HIM... BE in His PRESENCE.... ARE we lesser than?? Are we unwise in NOT listening to the masses about covid just because we are allowing GOD to do what HE is doing without taking the opportunity to SPECULATE or SOUND the ALARM?? NO one knows for certain what is going on... and that is the TRUTH.
You have chosen the path of investigating an earthly virus/hoax/evil conspiracy. Some have taken the path to simply remain focused on CHRIST... and not think about covid.
This is what I heard in Amadeus's words to you...
Helen also wrote to you... and shared her concern.... ALL of this is important... There are people who REALLY care about you. That is what I see.
Addy: I'm a willing watchman on the wall not a reluctant status quo fearful believer. The Bible speaks volumes to this subject....

As I was reflected on this conversation I was reminded of a time some years ago when there was a lot of teaching, books, ministries ect on demonic influence. Not sure it happened outside of the U.K. Like many Christians I went along, listened, read, thought about the subject and what was being conveyed. It was everywhere in Christian circles. What ended up being the very negative side to all of it was the awareness that you ended up seeing Satan in everything and behind everything, when that simply wasn’t the truth.
That’s what I feel has happened with all the different theories, you end up believing and seeing conspiracy and deception in everything. Instead of God working within the situation you end up playing along with all the confusion and it all becomes one big mess that you have to decipher.
So I am not saying you should not be cautious or aware, it’s wise to be alert ect, but if you believe everything you just end up going down some very deep rabbit holes and end up becoming obsessed.
Just some thoughts from my own pondering this morning x

@Rita... I have realized this morning... after reading some posts on several threads... that there is absolutely NO USE in trying to defend the fact that some choose to turn our eyes upon CHRIST for our PEACE... CONFIDENCE and ASSURANCE... They have equated this to doing NOTHING. All they care about is getting the NEXT chart up... the NEXT statistic... the NEXT article.... It's mind boggling to me.... and your damned if you do and damned if you don't. There are WAY TOO MANY accusations flying around these threads. People claiming to KNOW how others are behaving and what they are doing...It's NOT a pretty picture.
There are many who THINK they are so WOKE... and WISE... and they are GAZING at others as being SO DECEIVED.

Very good my friend! I grew up washing with my older brother the dishes in my mother's house. No automatic dishwashers in those days and no sisters to be given or even to share in the task. We took turns with the washing and drying but it was all on us. No dirty dishes were allowed to stay. No putting off until tomorrow what you can do today!
Now with my wife's frailty it has long been my task to wash the dishes, but I do use an automatic dishwasher. Similarly I do the laundry and my wife folds it all when I bring the dried things to her. It is a good thing, I know.

When we manifest something Not good, it would be because, as I believe it, we have quenched the Spirit of God!
