That's kinda like Eve blaming the serpent isn't it?
Did she blame him or simply tell the story of what had happened truthfully which would include his part in it?
Gen 3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done?
And the woman said,
The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.
Which is followed up by the LORD's rebuke of the serpent which confirms this was the case
Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent,
Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Paul also confirms the womans words and is fearful that by some means the same would happen to them
2 Cr 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means,
as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
When you carefully read through, each of them only repeats what really happened in the truest order of events, as it is set it forth without any embellishments. The serpent did deceive woman and she did eat, and likewise did she give the same to her husband who was with her (who also the LORD himself did give to him).
