Cat Has Bladder Problem

Not the cat who is missing. The one who is still with us, my family.

He is a black cat. He has problems with his bladder. It's been a problem for a long time and it seems to get worse. Sometimes he has trouble peeing or pooping because of the issue. Lately he has been coughing up blood because of it. My parents already spent a lot of money on him to heal and cure him on the problems, and doing so again will be troublesome. I don't want it to get worse.

Can you pray for my black cat? Pray for God/Jesus to help him in every way. Thank you to those who do.

Poor cat. I think a vet could recommend a diet to help that problem.

If your cat is old and starts to have pain, do the merciful thing for it.

Royal Canin makes a dry cat food for cats with bladder issues. It's called Urinary SO.

Struvite crystals could be forming in your cats bladder. I'd take them to the veterinarian asap.

Remember Grumpy Cat? She passed away due to that complication.
Symptoms aren't always noticable but you said your cat has issues going potty from time to time. That's one of the symptoms.

Pretty Litter is a great way to gauge your cat's health.

Years ago my car died of that Struvite blockage. The crystals block the urethra and urine backs into the kidneys . Their basically drown from that overload of backed up urine .

If you are able to have a vet check, its comfort level and life might could be improved.

We had an old tabby with a similar problem. We gave it fluid injections for a couple of years before the other organs began to fail, and he even seemed to look forward to our special care.

Impossible not to for me. Yesterday my day off a foundling tabby kitten appeared in my yard the day after my old gray tabby, Gray, was killed on the road.

I named her Autumn. Had I not been in the kitchen at the window and it being a gorgeous day with all the windows up id never have heard her little cries.

Gray sent me a little him version only female to fill that same sleepy spot he would take up ony bed.


I miss you. Play with the angels till we meet again my boy.

My Miss Kitty died rather suddenly in February...she was 15. Because I am 74 and alone, I won't be getting another cat. Always concerned if I would pass away and my cat would be left alone in apartment.

Our cat Gracie recently has had a similar issue. She was urinating blood. We gave her 1/4 tsp of marshmallow root extract in her food for a few days and put her on a wet food only diet and it cleared up right away.

I found this solution by mistake (I was trying to find a way to make a scent from a discontinued laundry detergent from 15 years ago) and I found from other people it has saved them a lot of money in vet bills.

It was only about $7 online if you're willing to try it. Not a professional. Just saying it worked for Grace. Praying also.
