Been awhile, but the Lord is leading me back, so looking forward to getting reacquainted with old friends and maybe make a few new ones.

If you have a Festus-ism you are fond of, please feel free to share. He was a great intellect, with a keen insight on life. I'm trying to pattern my life after him now. I'm even trying to look like him, but I haven't found a hat that looks just like that quite yet.

Yeah, but most of it was just home remedy stuff, like how gizzards cure diarrhea and chocolate-garlic cures memory loss, stuff like that.

Call it a ministry. Some people really buy into that stuff. My wife was sharing one with me just the other day... oh yeah! The one about how if you squirt olive oil on a mangey cat's butt, his fur grows back. Supposedly it really works! Probably depends on the cat, though.

I have a friend at the convenience store on my route I wanna try it out on, but I'm not sure what he'll think of me if I squirt him in the butt with olive oil. Might lose a friend.

If you is a sittin under men who is a teaching you greek meanings
how doesn you really know if the greek he be a using is really greek or is it twisted to rather fit an agenda .
If you is a sittin under men who cliam to know GOD , CHRIST , the TRUTH
and are using bits of the bible , HOW does ya really know ifn they really be a preaching the truth to ya at all .
If men are saying we know GOD , we know CHRIST , here let us teach ya

Absolutely! Seeking Him for greater gifts these days, but what's the point of greater gifts without greater fruit to go with it?

Festus the ol red neck bible thumper has a question for all today .
But what if greater fruit is not the good fruit but the bad fruit .
The fruit of the SPIRIT is in ALL RIGHTEOUSNESS godliness and TRUTH proving what is acceptable to GOD .
The fruit if the wicked , TO SIN .
How do we know folks if the fruit we getting sold AINT rotted to the core as it overlooks and even accepts sins
