I think Scomo will agree with Dan Andrews in extending the state of emergency in some way.
I worked with 2 real black as South Africans they were half African and half India both good Christians blokes and they told me the truth about all that and why they had to leave South Africa, they did not fear the whites, they feared the African Blacks would kill them in fact, they lived on the outer city but could not go out to the country or they would be killed by tribal mobs, even one tribe had to watch out for another in fear of being killed. but our media never bothered to informed us of such things, we are not worthy of such truths they claim.I couldn't stop thinking of them when i saw the city in this state... Thats why i started looking at those old photos.
My dad would always say that he came here (from Europe) to give us (me and sis) a better life...
I didn't understand as a child but i do now. He was born and raised in the only fascist country left in Europe under dictator Antonio Salazar.
Then from 17yo he skipped country to avoid getting drafted into the fascist military, fighting their colonial wars still.
And he lived another 10 years, illegally, in the most racist society on earth, the only nation with apartheid.
My old man knows what real racism is and real oppression. And so when he came here in the early 70s he loved it and joined in...
He has such stories but... You could make a film from his life and it would be a top seller i reckon...

Same with Islamic Nations we are not allowed to see the truth by our media, a group of Arabs came to our political meeting and they wanted to expose what goes on where they came from, but our media shoved them out of the way and will not allow such people a voice at all. they really wanted to get on TV and I have met many a good hard working Arab who has pleaded to me about other types of Arabs as to what they are like.
The way that they kill people over in the Arab world and the black Africa world the average Australian could not handle the facts at all.
In 1987 I moved to Darwin and Katherine, I went to the public pool once and that was enough for me, it was the knit picking and then the eating them like monkeys that drove us away from the pool. yep Apartheid had to be in forced for the good of all in South Africa and as was the case of the Australian with the abos in fact because they were savages in fact, the reality was that they could not have such people running loose in reality, they had to be civilised or else the history of conflict would off been much worse back in the days, most people do not know the facts of reality because the media and political schooling do not want to educate people or offend idiots. the same with USA the Indians were savages in fact and it was because they were killing people like they did that history turned out the way it did.
The Australian Government were not stupid back in the days and not to mention if you were white and you played up the Laws were truly harsh, well they had to be in fact. it's no good looking down on that generations like they love to do nowadays in total belligerent ignorance and in the next breath demand that Communism will save the world.
If it was Communism that was the power that took charge of Australia from the start, you would not even of known anything of the Aboriginals today, such would be the same with the USA today such things would not even be a subject.
Give Communism a chance is what they claim nowadays, well yes the Devil is very inviting till it truly controls you, then they will see the true face of such because you have no rights at all, because your all equal nothings, you don't have a voice ! Socialism attacks freedom of speech !
I think they have been quiet a long time figuring talking wouldn't help and might make things worse. Things seem to be getting worse and worse. Things may be reaching a breaking point if people figure they have nothing left to lose.Hmmmm it's not good what's happening to the Amazons, and the natives from those areas certainly aren't liking it.
Hahaha your wifes family sound like the early Melbourne/Italiano mafia.
Gangland underground... hehehe...... She must be Catholic then... Or was at least...
Being 3rd gen im guessing she doesn't speak Italian much...
Did your wife have to work when u were raising your kids???
My parents married and had me late (for back then)born in 77, both my parents worked in factory in Broadmeadows through the 80s and 90s
I know my mum would have preferred to had been with us growing up but she had to work.
According to todays charts and graphs of median wages, houses, etc it was much more affordable in the 70s and more so the 60s and 50s...
Would u say thats right? Was it more affordable? Could a mother be a mother?
I would have named u Moses, abandoned in a basket, i was just reminded of it... LoL...
Ok so your from the streets... Your not talking Hawthorn but the hoods beyond, around Dandy... What kind of work did u do...
Alotta nothing office jobs these days. Im in engineering, metal fab and mech.
Off course you got fed up with the traffic and the madness, the noise, the darkness, the concrete jungle... Me no like.
Everyone has followed you. I went out to Bairnsdale in Jan and i saw how much bigger all the towns had become since last time i was there...
Gippy is growing... I want to ahead out that way and chill as well. Past Gippy but, around the NSW south coast there. Outside of this communist state. Boat/fishing, bush, nature, take up birdwatching now that im getting on a bit, snow is not far
There is one thing about your comments. They give us an alternative view and that is a good thing.Geez... Can't leave the country until we are all vaccinated next year... This global reset is a real pain at 40yo
20 years earlier or later and it wouldn't be so bad. But right in the middle of my life... u kidding me... Such a burden... Such a cross
That is a good thing but has it been weighed against the cost of things to make that happen?Well there has been a rise in Aussie manufacturing during the pandemic, that is one good thing to come out of it.

Hmm, so if you ordered a yacht, it's considered "urgent personal and unavoidable business" to go pick it up? Must be. I think someone needs voted out of office.
Entrepreneur allowed to leave Australia to collect new yacht - despite thousands being denied permission, even to see dying relatives
An Australian entrepreneur has been allowed to head overseas to pick up his new luxury yacht despite wide-ranging bans on people leaving Australia during the coronavirus pandemic.
Jost Stollmann told 9News he applied for an exemption on May 8 and again on May 19 on the grounds of urgent and unavoidable personal business to collect his yacht and to view real estate projects in Greece.
The request was granted on May 29.
The German-Australian says he thinks the exemptions are a violation of rights.
As a former CEO of Tyro Payments, he once hosted Prime Minister Scott Morrison when he was treasurer. He left the company in 2016.
Mr Stollmann says he's never been a political donor in Australia and that he did ask for help with his exemption from his local MP, Liberal Dave Sharma.
I visited the official site that gives the exceptions. I could understand telling people in Australia they couldn't leave and then expect back in without questions or without being able to prove they were healthy by quarantining; but what if someone wanted to leave and stay until the pandemic gets handled one way or another? If you left and didn't want to return as long the virus poses a threat, how are you endangering people in Australia just by leaving? I don't get it.You know, i usually try and understand someone's logic especially if i don't agree... And usually i do find some understanding...
But in this case i can find no logic, (that fits the narrative) in keeping us trapped in Australia...
The fact that they allowed some rich guy overseas to buy a yacht doesn't surprise me...
Interesting that even that rich guy disagrees with our government saying "There is no right to restrict any Australian to visit his dying loved one in his last hour. It's an autocratic measure that endangers our democracy. This is incomprehensible and intolerable""
Meanwhile a friend of my dad died making it the second funeral that i am unable to attend...
God please shine the light on the road ahead
