Accusation, and evidence are two different standards, -- and Trump may be accused, but there's EVIDENCE that Biden had his, and his son's', his brother's, and his brother-in-law's hands in the "cookie jar".
Apparently they learned from Bill & Hillary! :)

Trump keeps saying he "can't" release his taxes since they're still under audit. That isn't true. If he doesn't have anything to hide, he would have been smart to have released them long ago. Now when the Times story comes out, people wonder.
I wonder if the IRS is waiting to press criminal charges. Could Trump find himself in federal tax court the day he leaves office? The Times said he hadn't paid any taxes several times. Did his businesses really run at a loss, or did he lie to the IRS? Is the Times article confused? Trump could clear the confusion up easily but won't.
It doesn’t mean there isn’t any evidence, it may just mean it’s not visible to everyone yet. It strikes me that everyone on here supporting Trump seem to think he is Incapable of being corrupt in any way. I am sure I read that the claims are from the past, before he became elected. Isn’t it quite viable that as a ruthless business man he would have equally found ways round not paying all the tax owed.

The question is if the deductions were legitimate. Trump's ex-attorney thinks they might not have been. One in particular was interesting since it involved a refund from the IRS.
Trump’s 'biggest fear' is 'massive' IRS bills and potential tax fraud charges, says Michael Cohen
In his book “Disloyal,” which was published earlier this month, Cohen said Trump “almost certainly illegally evaded” income taxes. Cohen also recounted a scene in which the pair were in Trump’s Manhattan office tower and the future president showed off a $10 million tax refund check he received from the IRS. “Can you believe how fucking stupid the IRS is?” Trump said, according to Cohen, adding, “Who would give me a refund of 10 ******* million dollars?”
Cohen told Yahoo News that moment made him certain Trump had engaged in illegal conduct with respect to his taxes. “To me, it didn’t make any sense,” Cohen said of the refund. “There’s no doubt that he had to have committed some sort of a fraud.”
Cohen, whose book accuses Trump of habitually engaging in unethical business practices at his real estate company, also said tax fraud would fit the president’s modus operandi. “Nothing that goes on at the Trump Organization is done straight up. There’s always some form of a shady angle,” he said.

This is tricky as it is the words of one man who is selling a book, sorry but he is also out to make money. At the end of the day there is no way of backing up what Trump said or didn’t say. ( not a big fan of ‘ tell it all books ‘ ) also he says ‘ almost certainly ‘ , which is not the same as stating it as fact, which means he cannot prove it completely. I am not saying it didn’t happen, but there is no way of proving that is what the president said. Rita

I woke up to watch 9/11, I guess I'll listen to this debate.
People should seriously be asking themselves whether there should even be a so-called "debate". Biden is mentally incompetent, and the moderators are totally biased towards protecting his insanity. I believe it would be quite demeaning for President Trump to "debate" under the circumstances. And since Biden is refusing to take a drug test (and hopefully the tests are done with some integrity), that should be the end of the matter.
In any event all these so-called debates are a total farce. A mockery of what a debate really means.
While I like the government the way it was, and I will be voting, I can't stand politics and think it is really a shallow expression of human nature. I will watch the end debate, but not all the political madness leading up to it. I know some people are interested by politics and I respect that. But as for me, I'll pretty much stay out of it. It's more like a popularity contest, which really is un-Christian in my opinion. I mean hey if we're being Christian, vote in a less fortunate person, a homeless person to lead the country, or a disabled person. But they wouldn't pass the popularity contest that is required to be elected. But they might do a better job at leading the country given their trials and understanding.
I am wondering about your mental competency. There is only one moderator in this debate, and he's from Fox News.
No presidential candidate has ever taken a drug test the way Trump suggests. They have released their taxes, however.
Actually, although many Americans seem to have made up their minds already, there are still those who don't bother following politics until the first debate. They ignore the political ads and the news stories since they know they'll get bored and that much of what they hear early on is mostly irrelevant. How each candidate presents himself is important to this group of voters, and what they have to say matters to them. They tuned out the ads, the pundits, the various stories as mostly irrelevant -- which means what you have to say also doesn't matter. They watch and listen to the candidates themselves. What a novel idea, eh?
Let's just hope Trump doesn't start talking about how windmills cause cancer. People might think Biden is the sane one.
There is that, but I also think he feels guilty himself for aiding and abetting Trump. Remember now, that when he says something bad about Trump, he's also confessing to his own poor behavior.
I don't read tell all books myself. While there is no way to prove what if anything Trump said, other things can be demonstrated. Don't forget that Cohen turned state's evidence, and that meant he admitted wrong doing on his part.
Things could get more intense after the election. The current "policy" of the Department of Justice is not to indict a sitting President. The Mueller report is still there. It did not "exonerate" Trump as he claimed. He could still be prosecuted for obstruction of justice.
It also seems probable that Cohen's testimony about Trump had something to do with his tax returns and Deutsche Bank. Deutsche Bank probably would have been willing to turn over all their records if Trump hadn't sued to block it. The irony there is that the prosecutors in Manhattan probably already have Trump's tax returns. They were likely seeking data from the bank to see how what Trump told the bank lined up with his tax returns.
So assuming the New York Times did indeed get Trump's tax returns, we have to ask how they got them. Certainly the IRS wouldn't have released them. (I don't think so, anyway.) Could it be someone inside the Manhattan prosecutor's office? Could it be someone working for Deutsche Bank?
Trump tax attorneys stepped up and said the Times article wasn't right; but I wonder if a clerk from their office might have leaked them?
If I had to make a decision right now, I'd pick Deutsche Bank which was already in the news for laundering money for criminal enterprises. It looks as if Biden is going to win, so Deutsche Bank could get "brownie points" by leaking damaging information on Trump. Maybe a Biden administration would go easier on them if they helped him get elected. It might be a coincidence that Deutsche Bank is in the news twice; but perhaps the probe into Trump's affairs was what started the other investigation. I'm speculating, of course.
Cohen suggested a week or so ago that Trump should resign after losing the election and then have Pence pardon him. That might fix Trump's legal problems with the federal government, but it wouldn't make charges in the states go away. It would also not fix Trump's other potential legal woes in places like Canada and Panama. It wouldn't surprise me either if other countries like Turkey and Indonesia see him as vulnerable after he loses the election -- they might take legal action -- kicking him when he's down.
I take a different view. Someone who can't take care of himself is probably not someone you'd want to trust to take care of the American people. I've given homeless people a place to live -- they needed my help. Now if they learn from their experiences, they could become very productive citizens. Their past history of misfortune could be a plus. It could motivate them to help others.
What I do know from watching past debates is that answers to these "questions" will become mini stump speeches expected to cover the questions but also a whole range of topics on the subject...
Although you can expect tougher questions for Trump than Biden.
The rebuttals will be the more interesting part...that's where the mud will get slung.
Joe's comments on nationwide mandatory masks statutes are unconditional and a major denial of freedoms of state's rights.
Meanwhile Trump's new order about the overriding of the CDC and FDA approval process is very troubling and can lead to a can of worms.
Although you can expect tougher questions for Trump than Biden.
The rebuttals will be the more interesting part...that's where the mud will get slung.
