It is sad that these threads turn into hate threads. And people wonder why the world looks at Christians and calls them Haters and hypocrites.
The vaccine was pushed. President Trump pushed for these vaccines to be made as fast as possible due to the death rates of people getting Covid (i know personally of 5 people who died. 1 person who had to have open heart surgery to fix a damaged heart caused by Covid. and have seen the videos of countless deaths in New York and California And myself wanted the vaccine to be created so I could arm myself (since most I knew who died had the same medical history as me)
Then Biden took over in office. they PUSHED these vaccines and made them mandatory (the true evil) without being tested. since these vaccines were not tested. Many people had severe reactions to it. and many died because of it.
If they would have tested. they could have isolated why certain people reacted the way they did. And then prevented them from getting it, or giving them a different option.
But sadly. the government went ape. locked us down, mandated vaccines based on lies. and split even god fearing people to a war that makes no sense. and just makes US look bad.
ANY thing you take in your body will cause possible side effects. You take it because the risks of not taking it outweigh the risks of taking it..
The evil was the government mandate. not the vaccine itself. Has people died? yes.. Has people had no reactions? yes. I know personally about 60 people took it and have had zero reactions. My church suggested everyone take it if they wanted. since we have over 2000 people who attend regularly. and most did take it. They too took it with no reactions..
I understand the fear of taking the vacc.. You don;t want to take it, you should not be forced.. and I will back you 100%

I'm actually wondering if that is why my GFR is down to 58 now. Found that out on Monday after having labs drawn.
I caught Covid twice. While the first time was bad, it wasn't as bad as it could have been without the vaccine. I probably would have ended up in the hospital as I have asthma.
The second time was this past September and wasn't as bad as the first one, save for the headache which I was given Naproxen to fight. I was also given antivirals this time. Last time was too late to give them to me.
This second time the doctor said that kidney damage is possible, hence my wondering about the kidney damage.

If you went and got an MMR vaccination and caught measles twice since…. What would you say about the vaccine you took?
I’d know that YOU got duped, or that the vaccine YOU took was not effective.
Of course you would say that. It's your opinion that I got duped or the vaccine isn't effective, but no vaccine is 100% effective.
So, I wasn't duped and for me the vaccine worked to keep the illness from getting too serious. It did not keep me from catching it, but it kept me out of the hospital. It worked in that regard.
At the end of the day you are going to believe what you believe and I will believe what I believe.

Yes - covid like the flu is here to stay. Since certain age group is more vulnerable - I use precaution and get the vaccine, which will aid me and overcoming it if I would happen to catch it.
And that is not taking away from the power of God - decades ago there was a scripture which apparently has been taken out it, saying healing is in the herbs. And in today's Bibles it still tells us that the leaves of the Tree of Life is for healing in the Book of Revelation. God is not against medicines.
The Hebrews used herbs, hyssop and such for ailment / sickness.

I'm not in agreement with chemical manmade experimental drugs however.
I just got my dad's highblood pressure medication delivered from Osco's pharmacy.
On the receipt is a coupon for 10% off your groceries for every immuniazation you get.
No joke folks. Inflation is hitting the supermarkets, so we'll help you with the costs, just get the jabs.
I dont know about you all, but bribery don't work with me, never did, never will.
BTW, Kevin McCarthy just gave his resignation notice.
I wonder if it's because they took the speaker seat away from him, or he's afraid he'll end up like George Santos.

Oh blah blah blah...
The government was trying to slow down a pandemic. I have no issues with them doing lockdowns and making mask wearing mandatory. I don't feel like it is a threat to my liberty as an American as I knew it would be temporary. I say that last sentence as someone who has issues with authority as anyone who actually knows me can attest to. I had no feelings ever that my liberty was in any kind of jeopardy. It was something that needed to be done because and I seen it with my own eyes, many people weren't doing anything to slow the spread on their own. The government had to step in. Maybe, just maybe if people thought of others instead of themselves, the government wouldn't have stepped in.
This is my opinion and likely those who are vehemently against the vaccine and mask wearing will not agree with me and that's fine.
