A book featuring a character named “Annoying Person” and scenes with “Annoying Person Alerts” would likely be a humorous, satirical, or whimsical novel. It could be a parody or a lighthearted take on everyday life, where the author uses exaggerated characters and situations to entertain the readers.
Here’s a brief concept for such a book:

Title: The Chronicles of Annoying Person
Synopsis: In the quirky town of Quibbleton, there’s one resident who stands out for all the wrong reasons—Annoying Person. Known for their uncanny ability to irritate everyone around them, Annoying Person becomes the unwitting star of a series of hilarious misadventures.
Scenes:
  1. Annoying Person Alert: The Morning Commute - Every day, the townspeople brace themselves for Annoying Person’s antics on the bus. From loudly discussing their latest conspiracy theories to playing obnoxious music on their phone, Annoying Person never fails to make the commute memorable.
  2. Annoying Person Alert: The Grocery Store - Annoying Person has a knack for blocking aisles with their cart, engaging in long-winded conversations with the cashier, and sampling food items without buying them. The store manager even installs a special “Annoying Person Alert” system to warn shoppers of their presence.
  3. Annoying Person Alert: The Neighborhood BBQ - At the annual BBQ, Annoying Person insists on sharing their “famous” potato salad recipe, which no one likes. They also monopolize the grill, burning everyone’s burgers while recounting their latest “adventures.”

This book would be a fun, light read, filled with comedic moments and relatable frustrations. It would appeal to readers who enjoy humor and satire, and who can laugh at the absurdities of everyday life.

Thankyou for reading this thread.

Thank you for your book idea.

Besides the entertainment value, the book might also encourage each of us to look in the mirror, perhaps in horror, at our own annoying habits. It might also be good for the Annoying One to embark on a spiritual journey of betterment, the end goal being Love Your Neighbor Like Yourself.

Blessings.

Perhaps the "Annoying Person" and "Annoying Person Alerts" should only be working title/description.
Let the reader work a bit and even come to their own conclusions about the characters.

There's old Whittlemeyer. Probably best to avoid him. Last time things didn't go well.
But I notice he is smiling a bit today and having pleasant interactions. I'm curious about that.
Perhaps I'll cautiously drift over in that direction to see what's up.

He'll be pleased at being included in the plot. You should pay him a compliment.

Good suggestion @Bob .

In one scene there is a character called Highrise Building who is in a crowded waiting room at a Medical Centre. When his name is called Annoying Person loudly insists that he was there before Highrise and should be attended to ahead of him.

What happens when Highrise Building is faced with Annoying Person trying to get attended to before him?

I'll tell you what happens. There is tension in the air as Highrise slowly turns on the spot where he stands and looks down on Annoying Person with a disdainful glare.

"You can protest all you like", said Highrise, "but my name has been called and yours hasn't so hold your peace".

"I can't do that", replied Annoying Person. "I don't like being considerate to others even if they have made prior appointments that put them ahead of me."

Fortunately just then there was an unexpected twist in the drama that was unfolding.
