Another stunning poll has just been released from the Christian Post regarding the current condition of the Church today. According to a new poll, Approximately four out of 10 American Christians say they believe the Bible is “ambiguous” on abortion.

Abortion is specifically mentioned in scriptures. But hermeneutics is so poor today that most people don't recognize the story when told.

He was the guy the soldiers grabbed to carry the cross piece of Jesus in his way to be crucified.
If you know the Via De la Rosa then you know that this happened right at the spice market intersection in Old City Jerusalem.

Then if you look at the City of Cyrene you see that the city was famous for one thing...a specific herb used as an Abortifacient. It was their chief export. It was minted into their coins.
Everyone knew the guy in the spice market....hummm....
He wasn't innocent in any sense of the word. He was hated and despised by just about everyone except those who needed his product. And considering he was at the most expensive location in the spice market.... obviously successful.

This is why hermeneutics is so very important instead of "feel good" information and single verses. Remember the prayer of Jabez marketing campaign?
It just leaves so much to be desired.
Today it's that verse out of Jeremiah "I know the plans I have for you..."

There's a reason why we have the morality we do... sometimes it's specific. Sometimes it's implied. Abortion is one of those specific things. There's no wiggle room.
