The Spirit didnt fall on everyone that day in acts. Maybe 3000 out of about 300,000 people. The prophecy of Joel has not been fulfilled yet. Read Joel again. None of that stuff has happened yet.

Pauline theology is the teachings of Paul. Paul never taught you will become sinless in this life. Rather he taught there is an ever present warfare in your mind. To say you are sinless makes you a liar and God is not in you.
