They all are accomplished during the born again of the Spirit experience. That is why Jesus said that we MUST be born again.

I've seen dreams and visions but they have been only seen in my mind. This is in the physical world. Like an addition to what everyone else is seeing. I can look away and look back and it is still there. But no one else is seeing this, except other seers.

The Holy Spirit is given to those who become Born Again of the Holy Spirit. Anyone who does not have the Holy Spirit is not born again and not saved. Jesus said we MUST be born again. I agree though that there are many people going to church who are not saved.

You forget one thing. The Apostles were the WRITERS of God's word. That was through the Holy Spirit. And part of what they wrote was PROPHECY.
