@Angelina I think the emojis are replacing regular words. I'm not sure if that was the intention but looking in admin section it is because the "text to replace" section should have a colon before and after the word. So it should say ":joyful:" instead of "joyful" If that wasn't the intention...

That was the time of an automated, scheduled backup to the server that we both resolved the downtime and also moved to 2am Central time

Saying 1pm central tells me I solved this problem. That was the time of the issue that I got resolved. Good :)
