I will respond to this as soon as I am able, I promise! It might take me a moment, but I will get to it I promise! Thank you for explaining your viewpoint, and the things about Reformed Theology you might disagree with! I appreciate the courteous discussion friend! Hoping you have a blessed day!

In addition to this, I would like to address a few things that you mentioned 1.) I thank you for the kind words! In all honesty, I was one who used to be very passionate in the sense that I am sure I have come across as hostile or rude - it took me some growing up spiritually to realize that...

Freed : From Calvinism and HyperCalvinism )Tulip<>5 Pont.

In all honesty, though I would have a different view on some things that I have read, I did not find them to be unfriendly, no! All I was meaning was that, first and foremost, we should walk as Christ walked - while I am willing to discuss things, I will say that if I feel I am causing any grief...

Personally, I would rather have a friendly exchange and conversation with someone who is open to discussion and perhaps willing to see things from another perspective; I don't find it very edifying to argue with someone, if the only point is for them to try and tear down what you said rather...

Can confirm this to be the case, yes lol. This is all I will comment

Theonomy in Christian Ethics - Greg Bahnsen

Been reading through this book some more recently ... a truly amazing read, I would recommend! It's a long journey (at 563 pages including appendices) but well worth it!

    THE TWO GOSPEL HERESY

I agree; no man shall pluck out of Christ's hand what the Father has given him! However, I can completely understand the fear of some that this leads to a fruitless life that is wholly apart from Christ and His Commands - still, matters most is not what we fear will happen or think happens, but...

    THE TWO GOSPEL HERESY

Even as one who believes in eternal security, I am very VERY opposed to the heretical notion that this gives anyone the right to simply live any way they please and sin as much as they like. It is extremely unfortunate and disheartening to see people taking promise of security and warping it...

Define salvation. ( what is "the Gospel")

Hello friend! Thought I would toss in my two cents here; not in any attempt to correct anyone, simply sharing my own observations and studies. Why not just take one passage and ignore the rest of Scripture? Well... 2 Timothy 3:16-17 - For the whole Scripture is given by inspiration of God...

Define salvation. ( what is "the Gospel")

I agree that water does not save, absolutely. It is a sign and symbol of blessing, and recognition of being a member of the visible body of Christ, but it is Christ's blood, and ONLY His blood, merited to our sinful accounts, that brings redemption from sin.

Define salvation. ( what is "the Gospel")

I would love to have a fruitful discussion on the topic if you'd like? I'd need a moment to gather my thoughts as well as some of my notes and materials on the topic, but if you'd want to have a discussion rooted in the Scriptures, I am very happy to do so with you! (though I do not want to make...

Define salvation. ( what is "the Gospel")

Hello friend! While I certainly wish that this were true, the simple fact is that there are plenty of examples of people who have been baptized and yet turn away from Christ and His Kingdom - their fruits are evidence that they were never of the people of God in the first place, and that the...

Define salvation. ( what is "the Gospel")

Have to agree - Baptismal Regeneration is an unfortunate misunderstanding of the meaning behind the sign and symbol of baptism. Baptismal waters do NOT regenerate: There is plenty of evidence of this in the lives of those who have been baptized and yet are not regenerated.

Heaven Bound : or No ?

Perhaps a suggestion then - it makes it rather hard to take your words as those of one who follows Christ when you do not seem to be interested in showcasing the fruits of the Spirit in your responses. ie that of love ,joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self control...

Heaven Bound : or No ?

Well, thank you for at least reading the posts! I hope that Scripture will convince your heart someday of the truth! Have a good day!

Heaven Bound : or No ?

Keeping in mind that I will be taking them in their proper context and compare them with the rest of Scripture to ensure sound doctrine - thought I should add this!

Heaven Bound : or No ?

If perhaps you could give some Scriptures to prove your claims I’d be happy to! Hoping you have a great day!

Heaven Bound : or No ?

Well, if you're not going to use Scripture to defend your statements, or show the validity of them, unfortunately I have nothing further to discuss then. Thanks for the conversation, and I truly hope that someday the Word will illuminate your path, rather than preconceived notions apart from it...

Heaven Bound : or No ?

Thanks for the response! I'll begin with this, and then move onto your other comments (my responses might be a bit sporadic for a while, as I am currently multitasking) The problem with this lies in the fact that, through this lens, Christ's death did NOT save anyone - what is being stated is...

Heaven Bound : or No ?

I always appreciate when someone references Scripture for me; thank you for sharing! 2 Corinthians 5:19 - For God was in Christ, and reconciled the world to himself, not imputing their sins unto them, and hath committed to us the word of reconciliation. I hope you don't mind my taking the...
