    Modern Prophets

One (partial) explanation I found: If at any time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be uprooted, torn down and destroyed, and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned. And if at another time I announce that a...

As I stated earlier, I found the site pretty difficult to navigate. But, I DID eventually find and downloaded all three Revelation lessons and their corresponding Study Guides. If anyone might want them, just ask me.

    Modern Prophets

Is "Latter Rain" supposed to be one of those heretical trigger-words that strikes foreboding in our hearts?

    Modern Prophets

Yeah, it does seem this passage was meant for all time: If at any time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be uprooted, torn down and destroyed, and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned. And if at another time I...

    Modern Prophets

Many people think that biblical prophecy is primarily for the prediction of the future, but that’s not correct. Prediction of the future is a significant part of it, but primarily, biblical prophecy is marked by the concern of the prophet for the moral nature of the people. And it’s in that...

Pretty much. I don't particularly like videos, so I have their full TEXT of the three videos on the Book of Revelation on my computer hard drive. (Both are offered on their site.) They present both the early and late Date of Authorship theories..... and they seem to lean a bit toward of the...

I'm glad to hear you have never read anything but the Bible. LOL (Do you have any idea how silly you sound?)

You don't think Biblical education should be for the world?

I dunno. It might be the same "For God so loved the world...…… "

Why is highly effective hydroxychloroquine under attack ?

Well, it is pretty obvious that both Neil Cavuto and Juan Williams are paid by Fox to play the part of Democrats so the network can continue to claim they are "Fair, Balanced an Unafraid." I prefer Fox, but it has to be understood that they are still just another cable news outlet.

Teaching Abstinence only in the classroom

I notice that we're seeing no mention of moral teaching beginning in the home.

    poor people

Ok, you can "win." There is no pleasure in such a mismatch. I would be ashamed of myself.

    poor people

OK, I think I see the problem now. English is not your first language, right? And you got the idea somewhere that quoting Scripture at one another is the way Christians communicate? Well, a few do — even some here — but that is not really the way to discuss things.

    poor people

I am a firm believer that if you cannot read a Biblical passage, and then, later, turn around and speak the meaning of those words to someone in the vernacular and jargon they use daily.... then you, yourself, probably never understood that passage in the first place. So, tell us, in your own...

    poor people

I can't agree entirely. I don't think God expects us to be foolish with what He gives us to help others with. And giving irrationally to many "poor" people is very foolhardy.

    how to behave in christianity

LOL...….. You're going to be entertaining.

    poor people

A lot of "poor people" live that way out of choice...….. POOR choices.

    Christian intellectualism

I often find myself pointing out (especially to KJV people) "You do know that you just interpreted the complete opposite of what was written there, don't you?" I think it is very helpful to read about a half dozen different assessments about any particular verse you plan to hang your hat on...

"I don't like even being around them"

I can't ever remember someone IRL telling anyone they were ignorant, didn't know God, or had no idea what the Bible said. That is fairly common, online.
