Well, that seemed to touch a nerve. Look, I have my political opinions and lean conservative and happen to agree in principle with what Trump is trying to do. Though I'm not sure of the wisdom of going at it the way he is, but that is just an opinion and time will tell on that. All I want to to do is get the message across that these are highly deceptive days and hearts are being tested........we need to guard our HEARTS and not be emotionally invested in the kingdoms of this world or its leaders....because as blood bought born again believers we do not belong to this temporal world any longer, but are separate from it unto God. We belong to another kingdom, one that is eternal.

Trump is a person who often says and does things impulsively and off the cuff, without filters so to speak. Him sharing that video about Gaza which included a gold statue of himself is perfectly in line with his usual ways....I don't think it was calculated but was part of his usual unfiltered impulsiveness. It is run-of-the-mill politicians who are calculating and you have voted for him for the very reason that he isn't a run-of the-mill politician.

Trump himself said he is not a Christian, and I think we need to just believe him.......I'm amazed that there are people denying he said it or saying that is not what he meant. Christians want SO MUCH and TOO MUCH to believe he is a Christian and therefore must be sent by God to rescue/save them. This is a video clip of him saying he loves Christian but is not a Christian himself....I don't know anything about this channel and am not endorsing it, but am just posting this one because it came up first when I searched:

You have demonstrated this to be false. Rather, you oppose his RESULTS by means of condemning his PROCESS.

Trump himself said he is not a Christian
There are many vids of him saying he is. Did you read his Palm Sunday proclamation? Rarely do President’s even invoke the name of Christ. He does it often.

For the 11 millionth time, it’s not about the man but his patriotic policies.
Perspective and balance, and all will be well.

Much love!

Have you considered that God may have actually intended for Donald Trump to set to rights much that is wrong in this country? Do you even consider it to be a possibility? That God has answered our prayers in putting this fellow in the White House? Do you feel that is impossible, because anyone who would be president must be evil, or something like that?

Much love!

Trump's full statement:

"This Holy Week, Melania and I join in prayer with Christians celebrating the crucifixion and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ — the living Son of God who conquered death, freed us from sin, and unlocked the gates of Heaven for all of humanity.

Beginning with Christ's triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday and culminating in the Paschal Triduum, which begins on Holy Thursday with the Mass of the Lord's Supper, followed by Good Friday, and reaching its pinnacle in the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday night. This week is a time of reflection for Christians to memorialize Jesus' crucifixion—and to prepare their hearts, minds, and souls for His miraculous Resurrection from the dead.

During this sacred week, we acknowledge that the glory of Easter Sunday cannot come without the sacrifice Jesus Christ made on the cross. In His final hours on Earth, Christ willingly endured excruciating pain, torture, and execution on the cross out of a deep and abiding love for all His creation. Through His suffering, we have redemption. Through His death, we are forgiven of our sins. Through His Resurrection, we have hope of eternal life. On Easter morning, the stone is rolled away, the tomb is empty, and light prevails over darkness — signaling that death does not have the final word.

This Holy Week, my Administration renews its promise to defend the Christian faith in our schools, military, workplaces, hospitals, and halls of government. We will never waver in safeguarding the right to religious liberty, upholding the dignity of life, and protecting God in our public square.

As we focus on Christ's redeeming sacrifice, we look to His love, humility, and obedience — even in life's most difficult and uncertain moments. This week, we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our beloved Nation. We pray that America will remain a beacon of faith, hope, and freedom for the entire world, and we pray to achieve a future that reflects the truth, beauty, and goodness of Christ's eternal kingdom in Heaven.

May God bless you and your family during this special time of year and may He continue to bless the United States of America."

President Donald Trump confesses Christ. Those who cannot are deemed antichrist. Just as some on this forum.

2 John 1:7 - For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Now you refer to President Trump as an idol of Conservative Christians?
Go ahead, claim outright American Conservative Christians worship Trump.
Many people make that claim.

Maybe . . . TSDS? Trump Supporter Derangement Syndrome? That all Trump supporters are of necessity Trump worshipers?

That seems to be how the conversation is going. "I support President Trump and his policies" = "I bow down before the Magnificent Trump in humble worship". And nothing seems to be able to shake them loose from this ridiculousness.

Much love!

It's so obviously hate. TDS causes people to become the monster they pursue.
I'd sooner say that TDS comes from things inside. It's not what you are becoming, it's what you are already. Not a monster, but not balanced, that's for sure!

Or maybe it's a demonstration of the power of the press. Tell the lies long enough and some will believe them. We've seen that often enough!

Much love!

Thats exactly what was said by the German Dictatorship about the British during the 1940s.
I don't care who said what about whomever, I've been reading your posts, and something is wrong. They drip with poison. My opinion, you should shut off your TV.

Much love!

Do you think it is "well" for most in Christendom brother? Should we pretend that it is?

Trump is ENDORSING AND AFFIRMING FALSE PROMINENT APOSTATE CHRISTIAN LEADERS IN THE CHURCH. Doesn't sound like things are very well at all. What kind of influence does that exert on his Christian followers who idolize the man? I'm not here to judge individual souls who are writing posts on a forum.......but overall we would have to be in complete denial or blind not to acknowledge that there is a lot of Trump worshiping going on in general. A lot. We better wake up and smell the coffee.

OK, then why aren't we on the same page? What then is the difference between you and me in this matter?

Is it because you keep erroneously assuming that I worship Trump? And why again do you think I do that? (Or anyone)

Much love!

This is TDS. Obama bashed Christians and Christianity. Trump is more pro-Christian than any POTUS. Yet, this is not good enough for you.

@marks asked a question and I think you should answer it. Does the man do anything right?

I still say President Obama is the Antichrist. The most anti-Christian president we have ever had.

That's the party line, repeated over and over, and I don't know a single soul who doesn't think of the man as a man, a very talented man, a very determined man, but just a man, with ups and downs, good and bad, just like everyone.

Certainly the man of the hour. And much more functional overall than I am, that's for sure! Still, just a man, with millions of people trying to tear him down however they can, because he's not establishment, not globalist. So tear him down! Tear him down! C'mon everyone, join in . . . Tear him down! Tear him down!

And this is one of the ways. And so President Trump lives rent free in everyone's mind, as you remind me to not worship the man, and in the same manner I'll remind you to not drink granite. Personally I think there is the same likelyhood for both.

And seriously, show me these supposed Trump worshipers. Particularly the Christian Trump worshipers. I think you are reading way too much into it.

Much love!

If only the father knows the day and hour it means the spirit of the Antichrist needs to keep trying in the hope God will not stop him at a particular juncture in history. These junctures occur when he inhabits a willing vessel in a position to obtain and exercise power. There are many people who could have potentially been the Antichrist in history, starting with Nero.

Put us all together in the same place, where we can cook food and serve to the needy, and we will all be one in heart and mind, sharing the love of Christ.

Yes, I think so.

2 Thessalonians 2:6-8 EMTV

6) And now you know that which is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time.
7) For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will continue until one comes out of the midst.
8) And then the lawless one will be unveiled, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth, and will destroy by the brightness of His coming,
