Reader,

You can't stop being born again, as this is an eternal spiritual birth, that is God caused and God maintained.

So...

One of the first things a real student of the word comes to understand is....(regarding the New Covenant)...

1.) = "where there is no LAW, there is no Transgression"..

Now...This does not mean that there is no carnal behavior....it means that there is no LAW to define it, as sin.....therefore......"where there is no Law, there is no Transgression".

IN Genesis, we find this ......= "sin was in the world but it was not imputed"... and that is because there was no Law to define it as "sin".

So, once a person becomes born again...... they find that they are not "under the Law"........"but under Grace".

2.) This means........regarding a Born again Christian's behavior.....= "where there is no Law, there is no Transgression".

Now, Satan misunderstood this.....and created a concept that His ministers use.......that is.....>>"oh, so you are teaching that we can live like the devil"......."we have a "license to sin".

See that?..........but the verse, and the understanding that is the theology.....says.. that "sin is not imputed, because there is no Law"., and that is not the same as saying..>>>"live like the devil, do what you want...."

3.) So, a "Mind of the Flesh"... can only see that as ....>"license to sin".. whereas if you are not in a carnal mind, you see this as "God's amazing Grace".

The Devil wants you to see it as. "license to sin".......but its not........its simply "not under the law" = the Law has no power or dominion, to JUDGE YOU as a sinner, ever again, once you are born again.

A.) "You are not under the law..........but under GRACE".

Now, 2 verses that a bible student who is trying to understand this are found in Paul's Doctrine.

Romans 4:8

2 Corin 5:19

So, are you saying that if we are born again we no longer have a carnal mind if we have "God's amazing Grace"?

So, are you saying that if we are born again we no longer have a carnal mind if we have "God's amazing Grace"?

No, im teaching that Hebrews 13:9 says we have to """get our heart established with Grace"

= WE have to do this.......as its up to us to get revelation from God, concerning who we have become "in Christ".

Peter says that we have received a divine nature, but that is not the same thing as a mind that completely understands God's Grace.

So...Why do Christians confess sin,..... if "sin is not imputed when there is no law"......and they are not "under the law, but under Grace" and that means they exist in the KOG and that is........."where there is no law, there is no Transgression"

So, one reason Christians confess sin, is because of a misunderstood verse that says to confess.........and that verse is not given to a believer.......but that is another Thread Topic for another day.. However the main reason they confess sin is because they dont understand the blood atonement, that is God's Grace, that is the New Covenant.

Now.... Paul says that if a believer "falls from Grace".......they are in the "Mind of the flesh".. "Bewitched"......and that mind can't BELIEVE or Comprehend......"God's Grace".
The Carnal mind is enmity against God.........and that means.......it can't SEE...it is mind blinded... .and that is always found as.......not understanding that "we are not under the law, but under Grace"........so this one who is "in the flesh".. (carnal mind) can't believe that they are always forgiven, and never again esteemed by God as having sin.

They read Romans 4:8 and 2 Corin 5:19, and they might as well be trying to read Chinese in reverse.

Also...There is a verse that says to "work out your salvation,, with fear and trembling""....< and i teach my classes to read it like this...

= "work out your salvation, with AWE and WONDER"......as that is what the "fear" means.....it means to esteem God in that way... = awe and wonder.

So, to work out your salvation.......is not to try to keep from losing it........it means.......NOW that you have it for eternity, you have to learn the revelation regarding who you are "in Christ" as a "new Creation"........ so that Your mind and God's perspective are the same mind.

"work out your salvation".. means..>>>"now that you have it......learn to exist within it, according to the full understanding of God's Grace and what it means to have become a New Creation.. in Christ"

What specifically is different? That means shorter and concise.

All the born again have received ..

"The gift of Salvation"
"The gift of Righteousness"
"The gift of Eternal life".

And that is God's Amazing Grace, and what makes it amazing is that its given to a SINNER, who has given God their Faith in Christ, and that is why God gives them all that.........for free.
It cost Jesus everything so that we could have all that ONLY because we gave God our Faith in Christ, and our "faith was counted by God as Righteousness).

= That is AMAZING.......and its GOD's Grace that provided it that way.

So....
When a person is "born again"........they are born again "Spiritually". This means that the sin that was separating them from God, has been "redeemed".. its been resolved.. its been removed forever, by The Cross of Christ., and they are now in Spiritual Union with God, for as long as He lives...

But..

The mind in a new believer, who is just born again.....33 seconds ago..........their mind is not born again.
So, this mind, has issues....still.....like sin consciousness. (Hebfews 10) So, Paul teaches that we have to renew our mind..... We have to learn God's perspective, regarding, mainly....His Grace.., as once our "heart is established with Grace" then this is the foundation that underpins everything else that God is going to reveal to us for the rest of our lives.... And without this,.. God can't "get through". and so the person just gains no revelation.
And in that wrong mind......they are going to be captured by a cult.........as Hebrews 13:9 explains.

Ok again.
Paul teaches..

A believer, can have a renewed mind......that is......>"as many as be perfect".....regarding full understanding of God's Grace.

or.

They can have a carnal mind, and have NO understanding.. of God's Grace.

Now , if they had the full understanding, and then it was stolen.. then Paul says they are "fallen from Grace"
And Paul explains that this happened to them, because someone deceived them.... = """""who has Bewitched you, that you NO LONGER"""< obey the Truth"."""""
See, they did know it and obey it......(Right faith), but now its gone..(fallen)......because A Calvinist, or some Cult Theology, like that, has stolen their mind of faith and now its no longer there. They are "in the flesh" = carnal mind......."mind blinded".
They are "faith broken"...they are "fallen from Grace".

But you said, whereas if you are not in a carnal mind, you see this as "God's amazing Grace".

I didnt say that...

I said that if a BELIEVER is not in a carnal mind, then they are able to SEE (discern) "Gods amazing Grace".

Whereas if they are in a carnal mind....>"mind of the flesh".. "fallen from Grace", then they can't see it.

They wont understand it... as the carnal mind will not SEE the revelation.......because it cant......as God's revelations are Spiritually Discerned, and a carnal mind cant discern spiritually.

Isn't that the same as if we are born again we no longer have a carnal mind if we have "God's amazing Grace"?

The Born again , starts out with a mind that has to be renewed.
It has to come to "revelations"......many.........and that takes study and meditation on the word of God.
It takes being taught by someone who has the revelations.

So, it can be that a believer can have some revelation, and they can lose this......because they are become deceived

When that happens, they leave their renewed mind and enter the "mind of the flesh" = they are "in the flesh"., as Paul teaches in Galatians.
This is all in your THINKING>.....as the person has lost the revelation, .....it was stolen by a false doctrine..

Hebrews 13 calls these "doctrines of Devils" and a deceiver will "bewitch you" with them Paul teaches... .......in other words they become how you think about the word of God.

For example......no one starts out as a Calvinist......but this doctrine is so full of demonic power..........it takes over your mind, so that you can only SEE the word of God, as Calvinism shows it to you.

See that deceiving that has happened ???

That happens to a believer, and they can no longer understand the Grace of God........and Paul defines this as "fallen from Grace".

= Fallen away from the correct understanding , the true revelation.....of God's Grace
They use to understand it, and now they have lost this knowledge.....>"fallen from GRACE"/

How can we retain the gift of righteousness

The gift of Righteousness is given to our Spirit........as its our Spirit that has received the Gift of Righteousness.
Its our born again Spirit that is the "Child of God".......not our body or our mind.

The BORN Again.....is the Spirit that is now become restored to eternal spiritual union with God.....as "in Christ" and "one with God'.

We get a new body later, and our mind has to be renewed daily......it has to be trained by the word of God, via revelation knowledge, and this can be stolen by a "doctrine of devils" like Calvinism

with a carnal mind if it is not taken away by God's grace?

You've been on a Christian forum?
You've noticed that most Christians can't even understand the most basic bible theology?
That is because their carnal mind can't receive from God, as what God gives is "spiritually discerned".

What is your definition of God's grace, and what is the result?

The Cross of Christ is God's Grace.
Virgin born Jesus is God's Grace.
And the eternal effect of His Sacrifice on The Cross, that give us Eternal Life, and forgiveness of sin........and entrance into the KOG.

All of this, and more, is "God's Grace".

God's Grace is .....>God became one of us to offer Salvation as Jesus on The Cross, to all of us.

God's Grace is to be made righteous forever, as a GIFT from God.

How is God's grace a gift if WE HAVE TO GET OUR OWN HEARTS ESTABLISHED WITH GRACE? How is that a free gift, if it is all up to us?

Your "heart that has to be established" = is the understanding of what it means to have become a "new Creation in Christ".. having received the "Gift of Righteousness".

The gift is Salvation is God's part...........and the renewed mind, is our part of our DISCIPLESHIP......in that we "study to show ourselves approved".

God makes us His own, based in His Mercy that is The Cross of Christ......... and then we are to learn as our "belief system" as our "theology".. what it means to have become "made righteous"....as a "new Creation".
And doing that is "establishing our heart with Grace".

Its the same as "present your body as a living sacrifice to God"......... We do this not to be saved or to stay saved, but because we ARE SAVED.
Its understanding that revelation.

So its the same with renewing our mind, .....we learn the revelations, and the main one is to realize that God saves us by Grace and keeps us forever by Grace, and once we understand this, we are FREED from any type of self effort to try to stay saved.

You guys are like the mad hammer man. Keep hammering but cannot hit the nail on the head. What you have proven is why there are 30,000 denominations. You quoted the facts but have not pulled it all together. Lets start with how many definitons of grace are their.....what does grace mean to you? And yes it is summed up with phrase "for where there is no law, there is no transgression"

Jesus on The Cross, as """The Gift of Righteousness, the Gift of Salvation, and the Gift of Eternal Life."""......given FREELY to a SINNER who will give God their Faith in Christ.
Would you believe that those beliefs are part of it....but not the head of the nail.....What else?

God does not offer His Grace as anything other then The Cross of Christ .

Jesus explained His Cross that He was not yet nailed upon..... in John 14:6.....when He told us....>>"I am THE WAY to the Father, and no one comes to the Father but by ME".

"but by ME" = The Cross of Christ.

"but by ME" = The shed blood and death of Jesus ON The Cross.

So, THAT is God's Grace, and there is no other.

So, Reader.

Lets go deeper.

We see that the Grace of God is the eternal solution for sin.........because it has redeemed you from the curse of the law, by the shedding of Jesus's Blood for you.
Notice that """""the law came by Moses, but GRACE and truth came by Jesus The Christ""""".
So, do you see that one is stopping and one is starting? And the mystery is that Its God's Grace that ends the Law, that He created.
Its God Grace, that is the Blood and Death of Jesus, that forever removes our sin and removes the Law, so that it can no longer define you as a sinner, or your behavior as sin.

Now try to grab this.....

Your eternally sinless condition, as a born again believer, is equal to the Righteousness of God., as that is the eternal effect of "the Gift of Righteousness" that you have received from God that is : SALVATION.

So, when the law is removed from you, then all that is left that can define you, is God's Grace.

Isn't that Amazing?

See that?
= God's Grace only defines you as "made Righteous"......"eternally forgiven"... "having eternal life"., which is exactly How God sees you, forever, if you are born again.
And when you get that MIND.....= that is God's eternal perspective of you, then you are found here....>"as many as be perfect".....as your understanding is now the same as God's... regarding who you have become "in Christ" as a "new Creation".

Yeshua on the nails made it possible....but what is Grace? Not being mean just trying to get you to think.

Why are you asking me questions you yourself can't answer with any type of correct theology?

So, I can give you the Theological cliche........

Here you go..

"Grace is God's unmerited favor"

"Grace is God's unmerited favor"

Because we have the favor of Yeshua, He has given us Grace. And you are right we do not deserve it.

Where there is no Law there is no transgression.
I would think that @GracePeace would have a blast with this one!
This verse and the verse that says we must be perfect like the Father are linked into the same topic.
I had a female professor at Cambridge give me the best explanation I have ever heard.

Yahweh has zero tolerance for sin….and that is period. For this reason He separated Himself from them in the Old Covenant. (The whole topic of what all the priests did in the temple to enter the holy of holies and why they would tie a rope on Him.) The New Covenant did not change Him….we were changed.

When Christ "died" on the cross.......
And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split. Matthew 27:51 What does this verse mean? It means that Yahweh is no longer separated from us and we can have a personal relationship with Him. But how can that be if we are still sinners and He still has zero tolerance to sin….no one is without sin. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. 1st John 1:8

So how can this be? How can He tolerate sinners? But when they came to the threshing floor of Nacon, Uzzah reached out toward the ark of God and took hold of it, for the oxen nearly upset it. And the anger of the LORD burned against Uzzah, and God struck him down there for his irreverence; and he died there by the ark of God. 2nd Samuel 6:6-7 This is Yahweh’s natural reaction to sin and those that sin.

But Yahweh is no longer separated from us because of Grace. Through Grace we are perfected in Yahweh’s eyes. This is how we are to be perfect like the Father. Not that we are without sin. Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:48

Big topic but here is the short of it. Where there is no Law there is no transgression. Why? What has changed? Why does it seem to be so confusing? Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. 1st John 3:4-6 We know that no one who is born of God sins; but He who was born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him. 1st John 5:18 How can this be?

The confusion factor is the context of the word sin. When a Jew broke a Mosaic Law it was a transgression against Yahweh. When Christians do wrong it is between them and Christ. God the Father does no see our sins due the White Cloak of Grace we are made perfect from the perspective of the Father. Where there is no Law there is no transgression. Christian are not under the Law, we are under Grace. This is how we can have a direct relationship with Yahweh and how we can be in the family of God.

Grace is the perfection of sinners and it is because of the blood of Christ. It embodies our relationship between us and Yeshua and Yahweh. And was why the gates of Heaven were opened for the first time to Man. Now we could be in God’s presence. Because of the White Cloak of Grace the following verses can be better understood.....Blessed are those whose lawless deeds have been forgiven, and whose sins have been covered. Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will not take into account. Romans 4:7-8 and But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 1st John 1:7

Grace is the perfection of sinners

Grace is not the "perfection of sinners".......as then a Christian would still be a sinner, who is perfected.
So, Hopefully your College Professor didnt teach you that nonsense.
Listen,
A Christian is not a grace perfected sinner.
A Christian is a "new Creation" as "Son/Daughter of God".......and a "sinner" is none of this..... ever.
