I shared the answer. The OP asks for a comparison between several verses taken out of context. This is a fruitless exercise because it violates the basic principles of language.

I invest effort in preparing responses, so when you decide to give me short little answers that ignore everything I've said, or you choose not to respond to certain points I've made, why would I continue to invest in discussion? Like pouring water through a colander, my efforts will be wasted.

No, I was honestly asking how you all dealt with the issue--and it really is an issue--because I am looking for good answers or even partial answers that could help move me toward a more satisfying answer.

I'm having a discussion; you want to join that discussion, but you haven't acquainted yourself with the discussion, so you say things (in this case, a false accusation) that have to be corrected, using up my energy for no reason.

you have to understand one simple thing my friend .
TRUE BELIEF entails WE ACTUALLY BELIEVE IN HIS WORDS as well .
Many cliam to beleive in HIM
and yet sure seem to NOT BELEIVE certain things HE said which gets in the way of what they REALLY want to do and to believe .
TRUE BELIEF is more than saying I BELIEVE IN HIM , IT MEANS WE BELEIVE HIM , HIS WORDS .

Many deny HIM outright in mouth as they refuse to acknowledge HIM as CHRIST and as the only name whereby they can be saved .
Damantion awaits them all .
But did you know that many within christendom DENY HIM as well .
Now this might scare some folks but tis very very true .
HOW can one who claims to BELIEVE ON HIM actually be DENYING HIM .
If we DENY HIS WORDS , MY DEAR FRIEND WE ARE DENYING HIM . oH YES . that is a true fact that many
will find out TOO LATE on THE DAY OF THE LORD and WAIL THEY SURELY WILL .
IF we BELIEVE IN HIM , WE WOULD HAVE ALSO BELIEVED HIS WORDS .
many believe in another jesus , one that sure seems to pick and choose what words to beleive and what words to OMIT .
THEY BELIEVE in an image of a jesus that sure seems to be okay WITH THEIR OWN SINS , THEIR OWN LIES
and that path IS GETTING Real broad in these last hours .
as many within EVEN christendom are beleiving IN a jesus who is okay with certain sins AND
who is OKAY with all RELIGOINS . MAN OH MAN many sure seem to love a jesus that SURE DENIES THE JESUS CHRIST .

Yes, but before you can believe you have to hear--eg, it does no good if the message is in Chinese, bc even if my ears hear that, I still haven't heard the message, and, likewise, if the message is in my language, but I can't make sense of it, it may also be said that even if I haven't reached belief yet, it may not be due to the sin of unbelief, but due to not understanding what is being said.
No, you falsely accused me of not wanting an answer, but, if you'd followed the discussion (you didn't), you would've known better than to "ask" that "question" (accuse me that way).
You have an idea you really are proud about, that you need to share, and put on a pedastal--this idea about how to read the Bible--so my counsel is that you go open a thread on it, bc I don't find it interesting or helpful for the purposes of this thread.

Just remember IF the message we hear contradicts what is written , MAN ITS A LIE .
i dont care if it was in our langague , chinese or any other langauge , or any other spirit , or any other thought .
IF it contradicts the very words of CHRIST and of TRUTH , IT is a lie no matter how well it sounded and was spoken .

Lol I'm saying what is written MANY TIMES superficially contradicts what is written, so there has to be a resolution.

That is the entire point . OH i know it may seem as a contradition but its not . The more one reads
JUST the bible for themselves , and not through the lens of men and etc , but just for themselves
Loving and enjoying it , the more one truly does begin to see this . What i say to one
i say to all , THERE IS there are NO contradictions at all . It only seems that way to the unlearned .
That is why I always try and get people into JUST the bible to enjoy it for themselves . ITS SO LOVELY .
