I don't believe it is possible to describe God by just one of the choices given. Is God loving? Yes, the bible says:

“He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.” (1Jo 4:8 NKJV)

Is God wrathful? Again, yes:

“But the LORD is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth will tremble, And the nations will not be able to endure His indignation.” (Jer 10:10 NKJV)

What about merciful?:

“‘(for the LORD your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.” (De 4:31 NKJV)

The only answer which isn't biblical is "Aloof and Uncaring."

God is compassionate:

“But You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, Longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth.” (Ps 86:15 NKJV)

God is angry:

“God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day.” (Ps 7:11 NKJV)

For that reason, I had to vote 7. Other.

I think it's one of those things in which God changes toward someone depending on their disposition to Him. This probably requires interaction with God and cross referencing that experience with the Bible.
