You are not understanding the symbolism used in Ezekiel 37.
Jesus's return is in Ezekiel 39:21-29. Have your read Ezekiel 39 yet ? Ezekiel 39:17-20 is the feast of Revelation 19:17-18. Go read those.

Open your eyes!! We are living in the last days just before we will hear Jesus call "come up here"=The rapture!!!
Matthew 24:31 will be the fulfillment of Deuteronomy 30:1-6. "from one end of the heavens to the other" is a figure of speech meaning from the most distant lands. The term is also in verse 4 below.
Deuteronomy 30:
1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,
2 And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;
3 That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee.
4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:
5 And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.

Fact is every human body is subjected to tribulations ON Earth.It's a lie to say these people dwelt safely in Israel.
They are dead .
These people did not come out of their graves in Ezekiel 37.They are about to be buried in their graves.
Fact is Every human body dies.
Some bodily die tragically. (Jew or Gentile)
Some die peacefully. (Jew or Gentile)
Tragic deaths is Not exclusive to Israel.
Body’s go to the Graves.
Spiritually, Peace and Safety is about the individuals soul.
All Souls depart dead body’s and if Saved, rise UP and continue in Spiritual peace and safety.

Ezekiel 37 is about the graves being opened and Israel being raised from the dead.
God puts his holy spirit in them and then he brings them into the land of Israel.
If you didn't worship the beast which the Jews have followed ,you might see clearly that the people you claim are holy ,have not received the spirit of God as you claim.
Ezekiel 37
12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.
13 And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,
14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord.
That fact that you believe everyone In Israel today who curses Jesus and denies he is the Christ has recieved God's holy Spirit is testimony that you don't understand anything about the new covenant and the resurrection of the just.

The saints who are resurected from.their graves in the first resurection do not suffer a second death.
They reign with Christ for 1000 years before Gog comes against them in Ezekiel 38 and revelation 20.

No, you know I did not say that. The Ezekiel 37 valley of the dry bones coming back to life is symbolic of the nation of Israel becoming a nation again in the land of Israel.
The Ezekiel 37 prophecy is further explained by the joining of the two sticks into one again. One of the two sticks represents the northern kingdom and the other stick the southern kingdom. The prophesy is about Israel no longer divided, but one nation again.
20 And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.
21 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
That was fulfilled on May 14,1948, Israel a nation, one nation, again in the land of Israel... with one leader over the one nation.

The Lord opens their graves and they litterally come up out of their graves just as the word of God says
You just preach against the resurrection.
You also preach against God putting his spirit in them who are resurected .

The only people who would say Israel is a land of unwalled villages are blind people who can't see them.

These are the resurected saints of Israel who do not have walls nor do they have any need for walls.
These saints dwell safely,every one of them.

Ezekiel was presented a vision that was symbolic of Israel's condition. That valley full of dry bones does not exist today - because it never was a real valley of dry bones - it was only a vision Ezekiel was presented to make a point.
Ezekiel 37:
1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.
