I have learned to watch and wait before I speak.

I've learned that significant events are typically related. -- Consider the 1950's "Baby Boomers". They didn't "just appear". The DRAFT rules for the 1950 Korean war stipulated that (~these are concepts, and not necessarily accurate~) if a young man were single he was 1A; if married 1B; with 1 child 1C; if 2 children 1D; ... and so forth. So if a man didn't want to go to Korea he got married and started a family. And the Biggest "Baby Boom" year was 1953, and the next Biggest was 1952.

And where GOD helps us solve Prophetic Scripture:

Jeremiah 33:3 ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

... it seems the more I search and the more I know, the more I can anticipate and compensate. -- But SOME choose to be SURPRISED!

I see no language that requires there be a session to appoint electors per the constitution. The GOP has a majority there, which should be enough.

I hope you can pardon my ignorance, but this is an education process for me reading different points.
From my reading electors are picked by each state as their individual state defines.
The original process was to allow each state to decide what there representation was going to be, but it appears in effect to be what the popular vote was in that state, where the electors for the winning party step forward.
I read one state does not do this for all electors and various congressional districts have a voter appointed separately for each district.

I know in the UK we do not have a constitution, and a lot of the procedures are based on precedence that went before.
This obviously leaves an interpretative gap, which I wonder if the 4 states involved have legislation that covers this.

Meet Pennsylvania’s Electoral College voters: Everything they can — and can’t — do
PA Law
Pennsylvania law says each presidential candidate picks their electors within 30 days of their party’s national convention and submits those names to the secretary of the commonwealth, Kathy Boockvar.

On Election Day, voters cast their votes for the electors to represent their candidate of choice — that’s why, when you cast your ballot, you selected “electors for” either Biden, Trump, or Libertarian Jo Jorgensen — and the electors are appointed based on whichever candidate got the most votes. In Pennsylvania, unofficial results show the 20 electors will go to Biden.

It appears Kathy Boockvar says who the electors are based on the popular vote, which is either republican or democrat.
If most of these things are anything to go by, until a court rules on what is acceptable and what is not, everything follows the current procedure.

So for republican electors to say they are the electors for PA, is a change from the existing procedure.
I am just commenting on what I can gather on quick searches but it is clear this process is not that clearly defined, because disputes to this level have not happened to need clearer definition.

In the UK we had a weird situation with trying to close parliament to get through a deadline without parliament being able to comment on it, which was within the rules but not the intent of our constitution. It had not been done before, and the courts overturned it, because its intent was not how the constitution ran, and there was no president, but rather the opposite. The courts opened up parliament, and reversed the legal process.

For us citizens who are actual bystanders of these historic moments, I find one learns so much about history and our origins by looking, asking and questioning. I suffer from the belief more referendums and direct involvement of the people and opinion would be helpful, and these kind of power conflicts easier to resolve, as well as forcing politicians to not leave important people in the community to be left behind. Trump and the Brexit vote highlighted a community divide where the political process has not been representing large groups fairly or their needs. I think isolationist responses never help, but rather better representation and opportunities to express things as well as real social change to be put on the agenda. History if full of revolutions when leaders failed to act.

God bless you

The more I read the Bible, the more I know that GOD has already figured things out; including providing Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, & Teachers, so that we might not suffer loss!

... and people have been DEMANDING that Trump declare Martial Law since the Fraudulent Election. ..

So one once again one wonders if these validate each other ... :)
Bobby Jo

Do you think the USA is demanding martial law because of outside influence in the election?
I suspect that would be a massive thing to try and pull off, because the tabulators failed to do a good job.
Claiming the democrats are communists will not stick. Democrats are more right wing than our conservatives in the UK.
The credibility gap is too big.

And lets go a little further. Martial law where and who is locked down? And who would enforce this?
And where is the danger, that if you had the legal power, the courts could not easily resolve?

The fraud argument is a lot harder than people think. Big vote dump. Phony ballots. Dead people voting.
Illegal immigrants voting. Switched ballots in the counting places in some counties.
You are talking thousands of investigators, lots of gathering information, working through it, and you may find out there is not a case to answer. So 3 months time you have the answer, and you have overthrown democracy, the election, put in military rule, caused infringement on the rights of the population because you suspected foreign involvement.

If on the other hand you want a dictatorship, to impose your will, use military force to do this, and the emergency will never end, then the actual excuse does not matter if it fails to deliver, it never was meant to.

So which is the truth? A desire for truth or the beginning of dictatorship?
I know which I am going for. How about you? And would you want a Trump dictatorship with no end?

I have a simple question. Has anyone had a president in their lifetime they appreciated or where they all too soft?
I suspect city folk would have a very different view to small town folk because of needs and views on social interaction.

Dictator Democrat has Police, 200 troops BLOCK Republican Electors from State Capitol

In a photo provided by the Michigan Office of the Governor, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer addresses the state during a speech in Lansing, Mich., Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020. The governor said she sent a letter to Republican lawmakers this week asking them to pass a bill to require residents wear masks in indoor places and crowded outdoor areas. (Michigan Office of the Governor via AP)

Sharing is caring!
  • sent to keep Republicans from doing their Constitutional duty. “Our Capitol is totally closed and locked down, away from the rest of the people,” one Michigan representative said. In a tweet, state police offered to let them put their votes in a manilla envelope. Not likely, they’ll be thrown out as soon as the electors leave.

    Electors understand the gravity
Without the rule of law, anything will go. Even Democrats on some level want the rule of law, evidence Governor Whitmer asking for police protection after saying she wanted to defund the police. You can’t have it both ways.

Democrats will ignore the law if it works against them. The law needs to be enforced across the board for everybody, including elected officials.

Electors need to be allowed to do their job

Regardless your side of the fence. Several people tweeted out about the situation. Attorney Phillip Kline put out two:

“MI Attorney General is threatening legislators w criminal investigation and possible prosecution if they disagree with her, and the MI Governor and other officials are shutting down the peoples’ house and preventing them from gathering today to perform their constitutional duty,”

“Today, Trump electors from the state of Michigan, were denied entry to the Michigan State Capitol after Governor Whitmer and other officials sent 200+ troops to guard the building.”

Another attorney spoke up. “I am telling you that they’re not going to be allowed into the Cap

God gave these words to Solomon to write down 3,000 years ago and they are still true:

That is a Telling Mouthful of an Inaccuracy.

There is an irony here. With the Dominion machines breaking laws regarding conformity to certain standards, criminal prosecution could now be possible. As far as I understand the chain of investigation, you need to present to a judge the evidence of a criminal offence to get the right to cease and isolate evidence that can be used in a prosecution.

Put to one side fraud, and put into ones mind that a machine to be used in an election must be shown to behave in such a way as to not create too many errors. If you can demonstrate it in practice failed so badly this is negligent, not just a minor failure, but the people whose responsibility it is to protect the election have failed, you can see a chain of investigation now opening up.

The secondary question is if the machines are inappropriate, what are the legal consequences for the election result and how many states are involved and deeper still how many other scanning operators similarly fail in this regard. As has been shown in the diesel car industry, it was not just one manufacturer who got round qualification testing for suitability.

It is this aspect of the election I think is actually the biggest problem, incompetence which may or may not have been exploited.
And I think this affects both Democrats and Republicans, and is a systemic failure due to lack of funding and oversight, which all parties are guilty of not making sure was adequate.

God bless you

Ummmmmmmm, GOD is all-knowing; not satan. And when GOD raises the TWO WITNESSES from the dead, it would seem that satan would be "out-played" twice now! :)

With VERY Best Regards,
Bobby Jo
Two surprises he never saw coming. I picture Satan knocking his head against a wall in his outrage.
