We can see thus far that we know, no parent(s) have deemed to do that. Which allows a serial offender to believe himself Teflon.

The problem is, that sexual misconduct is so rampant in congress, to accuse one is to possibly accuse oneself.
There is a lot of "allegations" and "testimonies" of young people being taken advantage of but there is too much pressure for any to speak out. When they do, they always claim it's politically charged and no one wants to take it seriously.
Then you have false charges that are brought against innocent people that get dragged through the mud and reputations destroyed.
That makes it so hard for the true victims to ever have their day in court.
Sexual allegations is one of the "elites" favorite weapons. And it is used by ALL. There is no, this side or that side.. it is ALL.
Someday... darkness will come to light.. and many won't be the "conspiracy theories" although they be true.

Parents delightfully marched their children ...before cameras to have their children's Picture taken with THE SEAT holder of an OFFICE.
...from the get go parents were Bamboozled, when Biden "directed" as video shows him TOUCHING and arranging "Little girls and young girls" around him.
...cameras rolling, clicking...attention is (including Parents) EYES Forward to the cameras...and Biden? his opportunity to Touch, Stroke, Whisper, Smell Little girls who are visibly seen WINCING and uncomfortable by this stranger old man invading an appropriate Distance.
...parents glance toward Biden / their little girls ? Biden "makes a clever remark", nothing spectacular...(don't date till you're 30)...the parents giggle...
... The clever "psychology" ... ??
The parents reaction...just confirmed the Parents "acceptance" of this man...so the Little girl, clearly uncomfortable with this stranger touching them...
KEEPS QUITE... WHO is in their corner to PROTECT THEM FROM this stranger touching THEM? NOONE! Their parents just signaled...they approve!

It's not some mysterious conclusion to observe the video of Biden Touching and Stroking Little girls...(and figuring out) his utter delight (and grinning)...was an egregious act he is committing AND GETTING AWAY with.

Think they will not have a heavy burden...wanting to Trust their Parents ARE their protectors...BUT feel They Failed...and too immature to even discuss with their parents for fear of "disappointing" OR being "chastised", OR "not believed"??

I would not Hesitate to say, what was captured on video, over a course of nearly 50 years...repeatedly happened.

Sexual "harassment" is an ODD Term.

People male and female Like Attention.

People WANT the Attention of "a higher up" that has the means to "Advance" an individuals Position/career.

The constant "eye contact" , "arranging of private meeting", "flirting"...

Brazen Out of the blue Advancements DO also Happen...a higher UP ... swats the butt of a underling passing by...
If they giggle...it's a signal, it's okay.
If the Reprimand RIGHT THEN...it's a signal, it's NOT okay.
(And historically the one that can advance an individual can also get rid of an individual)

The Individual makes the choice. plays along to Advance their career or nips the situation then and there.

I am NOT sympathetic to people who "choose" to go Along with the invasion of their space..."advance" in their career/aspirations...elevated by the one "they allow" to invade their space...
then cry foul years later.

They got their desire of advancing their aspirations...they chose to "pay" the cost...
And years later, want to be "paid Again"...on a "presence"...they had no choice? Pffff! No.

While I will respect whoever sits in office, corruption will eventually be exposed. There is a difference in respecting those in authority and holding those in leadership accountable. Otherwise if we do not question our government, that is communism. I agree that slander on both sides is absolutely unChristlike. Calling people names is something I teach my kids not to do, as well as not threatening people. That is wrong. Much more with those in leadership. But I believe there is mass voter fraud. I also believe it will be exposed, but Trump may not get presidency still. I do not hate either person. I will not make fun of them or spread bad things about them. But I will voice my concern for voter fraud, because judges are dismissing the cases without hearing the evidence.

Or is it an unsubstantiated allegation? Why should you, as an American, believe that your fellow Americans would behave fraudulently in this regard? Why should a system which has proved to be reliable in the past, now be considered to be unreliable?

Does Truth have a Boundary?

Why do you suppose The Scriptural Teaching of Parents TO KNOW the Truth and Rehearse the Truth in the ears of their Children BEFORE releasing their Children to the Influence OF a corrupt World?

And on the Flip side... Society Impresses the Mommies TO Work. Not only Work, but Careers, which often is indicative of Looong hours, also Travel Away from their Children.
Encouragement of 3 + yr olds in "preschool"...and upward. Think they are exposed to the influence AFTER being "steeped" in the Truth?

Strangers are strangers, regardless if it's daddy's distant brothers, a congressman, occasionally seen neighbor. Children not "equipped with the Truth," have no chance to effectively survive IN this World.

Biden was using Trickery. And any parent who noticed, did not protect their child, broke a trust with their child.
