well this dude is preparing for a 'long' lockdown next month or by January for at least 2 months, maybe even 6 months. He says all the right things if he is correct in his prediction. I also prepared my family for such a time, although not necessary because of an extended lockdown.

Landmark Legal Ruling Finds That Covid Tests Not Fit For Purpose — So What Does MSM Do? They Ignore It

Four German holidaymakers who were illegally quarantined in Portugal after one was judged to be positive for Covid-19 have won their case, in a verdict that condemns the widely-used PCR test as being up to 97-percent unreliable.
Earlier this month, Portuguese judges upheld a decision from a lower court that found the forced quarantine of four holidaymakers to be unlawful. The case centred on the reliability (or lack thereof) of Covid-19 PCR tests.
The verdict, delivered on November 11, followed an appeal against a writ of habeas corpus filed by four Germans against the Azores Regional Health Authority. This body had been appealing a ruling from a lower court which had found in favour of the tourists, who claimed that they were illegally confined to a hotel without their consent. The tourists were ordered to stay in the hotel over the summer after one of them tested positive for coronavirus in a PCR test – the other three were labelled close contacts and therefore made to quarantine as well.
Unreliable, with a strong chance of false positives
The deliberation of the Lisbon Appeal Court is comprehensive and fascinating. It ruled that the Azores Regional Health Authority had violated both Portuguese and international law by confining the Germans to the hotel. The judges also said that only a doctor can “diagnose” someone with a disease, and were critical of the fact that they were apparently never assessed by one.
They were also scathing about the reliability of the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test, the most commonly used check for Covid.
The conclusion of their 34-page ruling included the following: “In view of current scientific evidence, this test shows itself to be unable to determine beyond reasonable doubt that such positivity corresponds, in fact, to the infection of a person by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.”
In the eyes of this court, then, a positive test does not correspond to a Covid case. The two most important reasons for this, said the judges, are that, “the test’s reliability depends on the number of cycles used’’ and that “the test’s reliability depends on the viral load present.’’ In other words, there are simply too many unknowns surrounding PCR testing.

This is not the first challenge to the credibility of PCR tests. Many people will be aware that their results have a lot to do with the number of amplifications that are performed, or the ‘cycle threshold.’ This number in most American and European labs is 35–40 cycles, but experts have claimed that even 35 cycles is far too many, and that a more reasonable protocol would call for 25–30 cycles. (Each cycle exponentially increases the amount of viral DNA in the sample).
Earlier this year, data from three US states – New York, Nevada and Massachusetts – showed that when the amount of the virus found in a person was taken into account, up to 90 percent of people who tested positive could actually have been negative, as they may have been carrying only tiny amounts of the virus.
The Portuguese judges cited a study conducted by “some of the leading European and world specialists,” which was published by Oxford Academic at the end of September. It showed that if someone tested positive for Covid at a cycle threshold of 35 or higher, the chances of that person actually being infected is less than three percent, and that “the probability of… receiving a false positive is 97% or higher.”
While the judges in this case admitted that the cycle threshold used in Portuguese labs was unknown, they took this as further proof that the detention of the tourists was unlawful. The implication was that the results could not be trusted. Because of this uncertainty, they stated that there was “no way this court would ever be able to determine” whether the tourist who tested positive was indeed a carrier of the virus, or whether the others had been exposed to it.
Sshhh – don’t tell anyone
It is a sad indictment of our mainstream media that such a landmark ruling, of such obvious and pressing international importance, has been roundly ignored. If one were making (flimsy) excuses for them, one could say that the case escaped the notice of most science editors because it has been published in Portuguese. But there is a full English translation of the appeal, and alternative media managed to pick it up.
And it isn’t as if Portugal is some remote, mysterious nation where news is unreliable or whose judges are suspect – this is a western EU country with a large population and a similar legal system to many other parts of Europe. And it is not the only country whose institutions are clashing with received wisdom on Covid. Finland’s national health authority has disputed the WHO’s recommendation to test as many people as possible for coronavirus, saying it would be a waste of taxpayer’s money, while poorer South East Asian countries are holding off on ordering vaccines, citing an improper use of finite resources.
Testing, especially PCR testing, is the basis for the entire house of cards of Covid restrictions that are wreaking havoc worldwide. From testing comes case numbers. From case numbers come the ‘R number,’ the rate at which a carrier infects others. From the ‘dreaded’ R number comes the lockdowns and the restrictions, such as England’s new and baffling tiered restrictions that come into force next week.

Going back to normal ended months ago, and each and every day brings a new meaning to what we consider to be a normal life. The people at large should control their own behavior and life choices, not a ruling class, but that notion has been turned upside down since the state 'Covid" conspiracy began.
Resistance by whatever means necessary is essential if any normalcy is ever to be regained and continued. It could soon be too late to change this course we are on, at least by non-violent means. The longer this tyranny is allowed to expand in scope, the more difficult it will be to rectify.
There will be a 'dark winter' because the perpetrators of this fraudulent 'virus pandemic' have already made certain that this population has been sickened and weakened by these totalitarian lockdown and isolation measures and mandates. They have knowingly plotted to cause the destruction of the immune systems of the citizenry by their political actions. By forcing people to close their business, by ruling that economic activity was responsible for virus spread, thus eliminating millions upon millions of jobs, the stress and poverty created devastated this population, making them susceptible to sickness and death. Now, with another flu season upon us, many if not most of the people in this country are ripe for sickness and infection, and that purposely caused situation will be taken advantage of by the evil ruling and political classes in order to contain and control the entire country.
Once this advances to the next planned stage of this fraud, the 'dark winter' will become the dark spring, the dark summer, and then the dark fall; just in time for the next flu season. This is meant to be an ongoing operation, and will not end without great resistance by the people of this country. Never believe one word coming from the mouths of government or mainstream media, as those that control this country have no intention of ever allowing any normalcy again.
The so-call Covid vaccination that will be released very soon will be a deadly nail in the coffin of freedom, as body and mind changes due to any number of biological agents, messenger RNA, nanoparticles delivered through hydrogel injection, and poisonous man-made viruses and adjuvants, will have the ability to alter human health and behavior. Avoid these vaccines at all costs, because in my opinion, these will be meant to solidify control of the general population.
There will be many scare tactics coming in order to get those currently balking at a vaccine to accept it willingly, possibly including the targeted release of bio-weapon grade viruses. Be aware that this could easily be part of the plot against mankind, and do everything in your power to resist and fight back against these government monsters.

This virus is transmitted through droplets...
When a person sneezes or coughs without covering their mouth or nose the spray travels outward up to 6 ft.
If they use their hand to cover their nose/mouth and does not wash them after then whatever they touch becomes contaminated.
The next person behind them touches the same surface and now their hands are contaminated.
So what do you use to put your mask on? Your hands....and if your hands are contaminated then you just transferred the germs to your mask...unless you washed your hands first.
Viruses love warm moist air...the mask traps warm moist air...and the virus thrives there....and where is the mask located? In front of your nose and mouth....the port of entry....and now the virus is in your lungs.
Hand washing is the first line of defense against transmitting disease!

They already made a practice attempt with the aids virus...targeting homosexuals as their Guinea pigs....a cure...repeat a CURE was discovered in the 80s but the FDA wouldn't allow it to be used. You reminded me of a question that I haven't seen an answer to. You correctly said that viruses love warm humid conditions. That is why the test focuses on the deep naval cavity, and why the first part of the anatomy to get infected is often the throat, then the lungs. So far so good. Question. Why is winter, wherein there is no humidity and it's cold, so much more dangerous for the infecting of a population with a beast that supposedly cannot survive as well in the cold?
Once it is inside your body it can thrive... many viruses can remain dormant for a period of time. Once it is in a host then it begins to replicate.

It is the cold air mixing with warm air creating moist warm air. Viruses can't live long without a host...winter is the time we turn our heaters on which dries our nasal passages causing the body to produce more sinus fluid which makes our nose run and our heads stuffy.

Let’s go back to 1984 when Fauci was named head of NIAID during the Reagan era. That year an AIDS researcher, Robert Gallo, working under Fauci, held a press conference to announce that he had “discovered” the AIDS virus. He said it was HIV- human immunodeficiency virus. The shocking announcement which went around the world, was in complete disregard of scientific procedures of prior peer-reviewed published scientific evidence, including the required electron microscope analyses. It was a case of “science by press conference” as a critical scientist, Prof. Peter H. Duesberg described it. Duesberg was an award-winning researcher at Berkeley who isolated the first cancer gene through his work on retroviruses in 1970, and mapped the genetic structure of these viruses.
For Gallo and Fauci, that was unimportant as millions in research funds flowed into NIAID to research the new virus, HIV. Fauci and Gallo claimed that AIDS was highly contagious, also by sexual transmission, especially among homosexual men. Notably, before the Gallo claim to have found the HIV AIDS virus, NIAID had been doing research on the role of drugs, poppers or nitrites, proven immune-suppressants, in the deaths of the earliest AIDS patients. That was quickly dropped in favor of researching a “cure” for AIDS. Media was told that AIDS was the “public health threat of the Century.” Gallo went on to make millions on his patented blood test for HIV, despite the fact that the test was often giving false positives and did not test directly for the alleged virus but for active antibodies, something immunology practice said was not valid, as antibodies merely suggested a past infection response and not necessarily presence of AHIV. At this time in the 1980’S Fauci was responsible for AIDS research at NIAID, a post he still holds.
False Tests?
The issue of HIV/AIDS tests is central. While a frightened world was clamoring for a test, Gallo and Fauci promoted their deeply flawed tests of antibodies. In 2006 Gallo claimed, “HIV tests were highly accurate from the time they were developed in 1984 and have become much more accurate over time…” Highly accurate in 1984 but more accurate than highly over time? Gallo added in response to criticism, “A PCR test for the presence of the virus itself can accurately determine a child’s HIV status.”
In a sharp rebuttal of the Gallo claims, claims endorsed by Fauci and the NIAID as well as CDC, Roberto A. Giraldo, MD and Etienne de Harven, MD, the scientist who produced the first electron micrograph of a retrovirus, pointed out that both the ELISA and Western blot, and a genetic test, the PCR or ‘Viral Load’ test,” the two major tests used to determine if one has AIDS, are invalid. “None of these tests detect the HIV virus itself, nor do they detect HIV particles.” They add that there are “more than 70 different documented conditions that can cause the antibody tests to react positive without an HIV infection.” Among the false positive cases are influenza, the common cold, leprosy or the existence of pregnancy. The same tests are used today to determine SARS-CoV-2-positive.
They concluded,
“The fact that after 25 years of intense research HIV has been neither isolated nor purified in terms of classical virology indicates to us that the infectious view of AIDS as a contagious viral disease is based on an apparently non-existent microbe!”
Giraldo and de Harven declared, “The alleged existence of HIV was asserted from the study of proteins, reverse transcriptase activity (RT), and RNA fragments that were found in culture supernatants, not from the direct analysis of purified viral particles.” The CDC requires a positive antibody test for HIV to determine AIDS in the USA. Yet in Africa since 1985 the WHO requires no HIV test or any other laboratory test. Merely the patient’s symptoms that can include weight loss, chronic diarrhea, prolonged fever, persistent cough and such, symptoms endemic to chronic poverty, malnutrition and lack of sanitation.
Yet this fraud has shaped the career of Tony Fauci for more than 35 years. Fauci as head of NIAID has taken millions from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as well as the Clinton Foundation along with tens of billions from US taxpayers for this bogus research. Suspiciously, the 2006 article by Giraldo and de Harven was suddenly retracted by the journal in 2019 just before the coronavirus Wuhan outbreak.
Despite the fact that he knew the established rules of virology, Fauci, as head of NIAID, recommended the Burroughs Wellcome chemotherapy drug, AZT as a “preventive drug” for HIV diagnosed patients even without symptoms! Burroughs Wellcome gave NIAID the study that was deliberately biased for AZT. Fauci even backed AZT for pregnant women despite the grave risk to the fetus. One mark of pregnancy in all women is a higher level of antigens as the natural immune system fights any infection to protect the fetus. AZT or Retrovir, a failed leukemia drug, has been proven to be a highly toxic drug. It was approved for AIDS testing in a record 5 days by Fauci and the US Government in 1987. Today despite more than thirty years funded research and billions of dollars, no effective vaccine for HIV/AIDS exists.
Fauci and Gilead
According to people who have studied the role of Tony Fauci as head of NIAID, his focus has been what is called scientific reductivism, described as “a 19 Century-style, single-germ theory for a complex web of factors that collapsed the immune systems of a subset of gay men in the early 1980s.” He has refused to explore the documentation that a variety of lethal drugs and other toxins such as nitrites could play a role. As a result he has wasted tens of billions of taxpayer dollars since 1984 on dead end experiments. One of his most nefarious was his collaboration with Gilead Sciences.
Not satisfied with having developed a false positive test for AIDS and having gained FDA fast-track approval for AZT to treat HIV-positive patients with serious illness symptoms, Fauci decided to collaborate with Gilead (as in the Biblical “balm of Gilead”) on what came to be called PrEP experiments.

I am absolutely certain medication killed my husband. Everytime they prescribed him a new med to take along with what he was already taking he would get worse not better.
I won't take any medication hardly at all....an ibuprofen now and then and I have to be in serious pain to take those.

A study critical to the narrative that COVID-19 is a deadly virus with the same killing power as smallpox or plague was published by John Hopkins University but was then suddenly retracted leading to this question. Why?
On November 22, 2020, the John Hopkins University Newsletter published a study directly challenging the common narrative that COVID-19 a global threat to the human race.
Genevieve Briand, the assistant program director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program at Johns Hopkins University, analyzed the impact that COVID-19 had on US deaths saying the full impact of the virus – as it relates to deaths in the United States – can be understood by comparing it to the number of total deaths in the country.
According to the study – and contrary to the narrative being trumpeted by political opportunists and alarmists across the country, “n contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.”
Utilizing data from the CDC website, Briand compiled a table demonstrating percentages of total deaths per age demographic from early February 2020 to early September 2020. This includes the date range from before COVID-19 was detected in the US to after infection rates “spiked.”
Remarkably, deaths among older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19. Since the virus primarily affects the elderly, experts anticipated an uptick in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is absent in the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths across all age groups remains unchanged.
“The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals,” Briand said, “is simply because every day in the US older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals.”
“Every year in the US when we observe the seasonal ups and downs, we have an increase of deaths due to all causes,” Briand said.
Perhaps more interesting is the gerrymandering Briand found in how the death statistics were reported.
When Briand examined the 2020 data in context with the seasonal fluctuations, COVID-19-related deaths exceeded deaths from heart diseases, an unusual finding because heart disease always prevailed as the leading cause of deaths.
When a closer examination of the CD data was performed, Briand noticed something disturbing and unnatural.
Briand compared the number of deaths per cause during seasonal periods in 2020 to 2018, and in doing so noticed that instead of the usual drastic increase across all causes, there was a substantial decrease in deaths due to heart disease. Even more alarming was that this sudden drop in deaths is observed for all other causes.
“This trend is completely contrary to the pattern observed in all previous years…the total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19,” the study reads.

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro says that he will not take a coronavirus vaccine. (Neither should you).

During a press briefing broadcast live over multiple social media platforms, Bolsonaro said that he has already decided to refuse a future coronavirus vaccine.
“I’m telling you, I’m not going to take it. It’s my right,” he said.
The right-wing leader has repeatedly stated that Brazilians will not be required to be vaccinated once a Chinese coronavirus vaccine becomes widely available.
Bolsonaro reiterated this at a press briefing, saying that Brazil’s Congress was unlikely to require Brazilians to take a future coronavirus vaccine.
“The [Brazilian] president also expressed skepticism about the effectiveness of the use of masks during the live broadcast, implying that there was little conclusive evidence of its success in curbing the transmission of the virus,” according to South American news site Infobae.
Bolsonaro has tested positive for the Chinese coronavirus at least two times. After contracting the virus for the first time on July 7, Bolsonaro said he initially suffered from a low-grade fever and mild symptoms.
Announcing his positive diagnosis at a press conference held outside on the grounds of Brazil’s presidential palace, Bolsonaro stepped back and removed his mask to demonstrate to the public that he was “absolutely fine” despite the mild symptoms.
He subsequently entered a period of semi-isolation for nearly 20 days while recovering from the virus.
During this period, the leader continued to venture out on the grounds of the presidential palace to greet his supporters.
A proponent of the anti-malarial drug hydroxyc
roquine as an anti-coronavirus therapy, Bolsonaro said he received the drug as part of his own treatment.
The president announced via Twitter on July 25 that he had tested negative for coronavirus.
“I’m healed from Covid. I have antibodies, no problems. In my particular case, I first thank God, and secondly, the medication prescribed by the presidential doctor: hydroxycroquine,” Bolsonaro said on July 30.
“The following day, I was already OK. If it was a coincidence or not, I don’t know. But it works,” the leader added.
ALTERS HUMAN DNA
There are real issues surrounding the so-called COVID-19 Vaccines. They are NOT “vaccines” in any traditional sense.
In the past, to create a vaccine, scientists isolated in a laboratory, the pathogen which causes illness.
Once isolated, scientists take the DNA “guts” out of the virus, and replace those “guts” with harmless yeast guts.
In other words, they “recombine” the virus with harmless yeast guts.
So the outside of the virus looks like the pathogen making people sick, but the guts are harmless yeast.
This is called a “recombinant” vaccine because they recombined the outer virus envelope with harmless yeast DNA guts.
They reproduce this new harmless “virus” and inject the harmless recombinant virus into humans.
When our body sees the outside of this “invader” it begins its immune response and we develop immunity to what the original virus LOOKED LIKE on its outside.
THAT is how old vaccines worked.
This new COVID-19 vaccine is nothing like the old. This new vaccine contains “messenger RNA” Ribo-nucleic-acid; a base level of Deoxy-ribonucleic-acid (DNA).
It “programs” the human into whom it is injected so that human’s DNA triggers a response to what would be COVID-19.
The trouble is, scientists don’t know exactly what ELSE this RNA might “program” once is is let loose inside a human!
It might start re-programming OTHER aspects of human DNA.
In a horrifying possibility, once unleashed, these “messenger RNA” particles could turn someone from human into … not human!
There’s no way to tell.
Worse, there’s no way to UN DO what this messenger RNA does. The changes are permanent and cannot be undone.
From a scientific stand point, there could be deadly results from this messenger RNA if it causes changes to a human that make it impossible for the person to live.
Almost 100% of the people who agreed to accept this vaccine in clinical trials, have had very strong adverse reactions to it. Some have DIED!
ALL of the animal testing of this vaccine had to be stopped because ALL the animals DIED.
Instead of taking this as a red flag warning, authorities merely “waived” the requirement for animal testing and went straight to human testing!
As stated earlier, almost 100% of those who received the vaccine in trials, suffered VERY STRONG adverse reactions.
That’s the scientific aspect, but there’s another aspect: From a RELIGIOUS stand point, it could alter a person so they are no longer recognizable as “human” by God.
