You just confused me. But I did read Nevadas reasoning:
A Nevada election official said that county officials need to focus on counting ballots instead of continually publishing updates of results, which is why the state won’t release further results until Thursday.
It takes time for county officials to securely send each batch of results to the state’s election division, Wayne Thorley, Nevada's deputy secretary of state for elections, said in an email. To increase efficiency, state election officials instructed counties “to just count all day and not worry about sending us partial results in batches,” Mr. Thorley said.
Do the electorals come in as partially Trump and partially Biden? Or do they have to cast all Trump or all Biden?

Appears challenges have been presented concerning oversight of the "chain of evidence"...meaning the "ballots". And "oversight" ...meaning representatives of each party being present during opening and counting of ballots.
Lack of cooperation, can certainly lead to a court involvement.
Process of State Federal Courts First or Direct To the US Supreme Court is a question of Legal Protocal.
Everyone knows...violating lawful procedures is a gainful risk...and processing through a Court Procedure is a long drawn out process.
And regarding elections...is a short time-frame.

Know most states are: all electoral votes go to the one with the most individual votes.
Not positive that is the case with every state.
OK so the popular vote gets counted then the electoral is decided from that? And most states cast all electoral in favor of the winner?
Oh I forgot that another state had a county reporting votes and not one single ballot had a Trump vote. And Trump had won in that county the previous election.
How many voted by absentee ballot and in person too? That's a real concern because the votes count twice. All things are possible. Corrupt liberal leaders could very possibly look the other way because, after all, they just stood by as cities are torched and looted; such people are capable of anything.

That is Navadas call. In Michigan, there was/is maybe still, opening and counting without full oversight.
Ballots are "evidence".
Ballots are "handled", opened, counted. Physically or via Computers...
With so many Umpteen "districts" there is always potential room for errors and intended deceit...and that does not even include mail-in votes...handled by individual carriers...
Already...several cases in different States reported and mail found disgarded in dumpsters.

Some states were counting mail-in votes last, the mail-in votes were mainly Biden votes, as we know Biden supporters were far more likely to mail there votes than vote in person on election day, where as Trump supporters were much more likely to vote in person on election day.

A representative of the Detroit Health Department tried to address the group regarding social distancing.
A woman interviewed outside the building claims to have found 500 ballots with names that were not on the voter rolls at all.
She also confirmed the Detroit Health Department blocked people from entering due to COVID-19, claiming “capacity.”
Meanwhile, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in Michigan on Wednesday, calling for a halt of vote counting “until meaningful access has been granted.”
The campaign wishes to review ballots that were opened and counted without oversight and to continue observing the remainder of votes that need to be counted.
Responding to footage of a man blocking windows at the absentee ballot counting center, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said the process had been “bipartisan, transparent and open” from the beginning.

I have no doubt that all the top Dem's elections are RIGGED. There is utter HATRED for Israel and Christians among the new Dem leaders! Kamala is already making plans to restore the PLO office in DC that Trump disbanded.
There's always been a lot of cheating going on in the rust belt...known about for decades.
And I can guarantee you that in each of the rust belt states that each and every precinct and county is going to be scrutinized and gone over and irregularities challenged.

Yes typically Republicans vote in person.
Moreso Democrats favor mail-in voting.
The mail-in ballots are consistently counted without "oversight", which is legally allowed, but not occurring. Thus the allegation is Law violation.

Pennsylvania has several shifts of people who are counting the ballots. There are three shifts. They are working around the clock in 8 hour shifts. Each shift is carefully observed leaving and arriving. (It's not as chaotic as they would have you believe)
Lunch is brought in...no one leaves for lunch break.

If you took a look at the ingredients, you might be able to figure out the "meal". And if the "meal' was on the stove, again you might be able to figure out what was cooking. Or if you aren't a "kitchen aware" like me, when it's served you can taste to see whether it's edible or not.
And don't rush the "cook"! :)
