The biggest deal now, is the capacity of the health care system. By tracking the epidemic, we can take appropriate steps to "flatten the curve", and thus slow the spread of the virus. This is a critical objective, one that can save lives.

No. The media is merely reporting what CDC has found, and what the president and his people are saying. The quickest way to get a panic underway is for the president to hide the facts, and lie to the public about the situation. Trump has done both. And the consequences?

The latest survey from Yahoo! News and YouGov found that 53 percent of polled U.S. adults did not have faith in the president to tell the truth about the threat of the new coronavirus, while a third of those polled said they trusted the commander-in-chief.

A further 14 percent of the 1,635 U.S. adults polled said they were "not sure" whether they trusted Trump on the matter.

Panic is what Trump is doing now. His frantic thrashing around, mostly travel bans, won't work. First, he just tried to spin the story to fit his claim that it was a "hoax." Then, when it became clear that reality wasn't going to take his excuses, he panicked and came up with some foolish things that don't work.

I would not be at all surprised that the virus was deliberately germinated and planted, not as a "final solution", but as a test case. Not to test the virus, but to test the world's reaction to it. A relatively mild crisis (compared to Revelation 13 type martial law scenario) in order to gauge the public reaction... The panic buying... The closed communities... Restricted activities... Etc etc. Remember, today, no government, in any nation except maybe for North Korea, is independent of globalist fascist dark powers destined to fulfill the prophetic picture that are now developing in our lifetime.
