It seems you have this as a good starting point. God want's us to come to Him as little children, innocent in the evil things of this world, with our hands finally cleaned...it takes awhile for many to shed their sinful behaviors but it is all in the desire to do Gods will and, that is some thing you can pray to Him every day. "God, let my true desires be to do YOUR will and not mine"...something like that...and that is all you need to do for now. He will show you if you pray just what you need which would be His perfect will for YOUR life. Start it slow, that's all.

What you should do is try to find a Bible church near where you live and ask for someone who can help you to understand more about what is in the Bible and in the Gospels and about Jesus. Stick with the basics.

Also, collect all your thoughts together and use one post to say what you have to say (not one sentence per post).

Couldn’t sleep last night; grieved of “You’re an idiot.” My husband has come to the point of saying it is pointless coming here and a waste of time. But I have to ask are you deceived into thinking the words you speak contain life and not death more abundant? Does His word go in one ear and out the other? One of my grandsons has already started repeating the voice the world (death)has given to him in saying “you are an anti-social piece of crap”. This message given to this young boy is a complete lie but is on repeat in his head daily. The voice echoed here in “you’re an idiot” is that same voice of death more abundant and is the furtherest thing from life abundantly in the FREE gift of Christ. Yes...this person may be an idiot even as I’m an idiot without hope and mercy from God if I don’t have the Revelation of Jesus Christ. God can make idiots have a sound of mind. If I went to church today...even if I sling the f-Word in frustration and growled and doubted ...who would cast blame in such a bitter hateful world of condemnation, more and more absent of God’s peace. Who would blame the confusion and distress of being convinced of the world “God is not good.” Would I be told any different than the message of the world or a repeat of “you’re an idiot.” Hopefully you are ashamed but I doubt it. Have you forgotten without God’s mercy....you were an idiot too? James 2:1-6 speaks of two types of clothing: that which is goodly apparel with a gold ring...a signet. Liken this apparel to that outward apparel of good works of religious men convinced they are something outward they are not...then there is the vile clothing (raiment) which outward is nothing to respect but is dirty...which goodly-do-gooders make their footstool and prop their feet on forgetting their clothing is just as vile. “My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons. [2] For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; [3] And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: [4] Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts? Hi VIJ, this site is full of saved and unsaved people. There are many hateful things spoken to others. Yes, I too have been very grieved by some on here but, I will not let them and their hateful attitudes stop me from coming here for the ones who DO speak as Jesus did, who DO have kind and gentle spirits about them.
