One of the shocking blights on Australian history as to the Abo's and the so called Sorry Day, was that PM Howard was correct in his dealing with dignity of the situation but the Socialist side were playing all for fools, sure it looks good to narrow minded fools in saying sorry, but it's not for todays generation to truly peddle that in reality. because for one how can one say sorry for another, that's false for a start and totally hollow.
Many people were and still are in fact proud of what they tried overall to do in the past as to the Abo's, they are not ashamed for it at all, truth be tolled. but they do not have a voice because they will be ridiculed by the majority of ignorant dupes that cant see the forest for the trees.
My two best abo mates were from the saved generation and taken into a Church Home with 12 others. the stolen generation is BS ! only a small % were stolen in reality in fact. if them Church Homes etc left them to fend for themselves, it would of been a disaster not to mention a blight on that generation for sure being guilty of a grave Sin. sure bad things happened but it would or could of been much worse.

They were hard times and back in the 1800's in Australia, you only need understand the average age one died was 19yo for a labourer. oh and I looked into records of bankrupts and disaster in old newspapers, hard times and I am sure that if the majority nowadays went back in a time machine, they could not bear to live under such conditions or let alone survive for a start.

Robert Manne, a lecturer at my old Alma Mater, Latrobe University, wrote a book about the stolen generation. Andrew Bolt challenged him about it and asked him to name 10 children that were stolen. Apparently, he could not name one.
