Hope you enjoyed the day !

We went to church today, a new place that is not so far away as the one we belonged to.
One hour and ten min. away..... this one is about a half hour. And its good to go to
church, specially since we now have a bible church in place of how the church I grew up
in ..... was not really teaching. But I guess they have changed now ! Sure hope so !!!!
We have more snow also, but only about a inc.. and we did have a wind, yesterday and today!

Well it is still snowing...Dave has had to dig it out four times already.
We are going to get out tomorrow, hopefully it stops snowing tonight.

Glad you all found a church that you like...yes, half an hours drive sound better than over an hour!! :)

Ye seeing the video of the frozen toilet.. Well we have had 43C thought that was enough.

Well, we have it snowing now ! And we have snow from the other day ! and now over
night a foot, and it is still coming down..... I cant remember snow like this except when
I was a teen, and me and my friend had to walk to school and the snow was so high it was
dropping into our boots, when we got to school we had to dump out the snow from our
boots and we had wet feet all day.....

It's quite good here too.

Ours started at minus 10..then when the sun came up...it got up to 10 plus. Now it is reading +20 on our deck.
This is the first plus readings this months. It is a great time of relief for us for a while.

Hope your foot is now 100% better now.

And my foot is the same, it looks like it will be weeks till its better ?
Last week I went shopping which I should not have done, I wanted to see if it would help
to stay on it more........ wrong !!! Today it seemed better , but as I walk on it or even just
sitting, do not know were to put it down or up on the foot stool ? no idea...... ?

Thanks Helen, I guess I am not shopping today, but I will give my card to my D.in-law
to pay for the grocery's which I have been doing when I go . With 8 children the bill
is quite large. But that is the least I can do. Since I do not do any thing around here.
I just wonder how long it takes for the swelling to go down ? I did not feel to bad last time
I went, but wonder if that made the swelling last longer ?
I got a letter from Sally last week or the beginning of this week ?
It is sunny now here. kind of cold.... I still have not been out side !

I am still sick with a cold and am home my self...
Hope they have a good time.

I agree , it has been a very busy time for us. All the fuss and paperwork in getting a new car.
Then Tax Time!! It is me that prepares everything...not Dave

The getting new telephones...and setting those up...one thing after the other!!
I go to work tomorrow.
Then maybe a few days for catching up on here.

Next Monday I have blood tests ...then on Thursday I have an appointment with the Cardiologist ...so I wont be "off the hook" until the following week! Hahah!

Hope the ankle is feeling somewhat better. x

Been looking at new vehicles at least online recently. I guess we will buy another one at the earliest in the Autumn/Fall and later.

@Grams, ankles can take a while to heal and you might know that already. My wife had a stress fracture in the right foot then weeks later wearing a big boot strained her left foot/ankle; severely. She still has not recovered completely, since last September. I too hope you get better.
