Im sorry that I haven't been around much for these last few days.
I am in the middle of a battle with my body...it is not behaving itself well.
If you saw my post in Franks thread called something like " Watching God Work" or something like that.
I ended up in the Emergency on Saturday night...I don't feel like I have much strength for thinking or posting....I'll be back again once I get myself back to full strength.

Oh Helen! Prayers are being lifted up as I write this now. I have wondered where you and GG have been. Hurts my heart that you are not feeling well I must get off as there is a pressing matter also concerning a friend of 43 years...I am needing to get into some prayer right now!

I just woke up to put my daughter down. But since hubby was off I handed her to him and just slept most of the day. Last week I ran all week and it caught up!!!! When I get tired like that I start feeling down. It was a battle yesterday and today.

Amazing what sufficient sleep can do. I handed the baby girl off to her daddy and slept practically all day yesterday and feel so much better... Between VBS, singing at a different church, and the summer bash, I was pretty tired. And I got to go to my college today before school starts this week. Make sure I get my books and things.

Oh my goodness I am a week behind. Glad I found out before driving an hour and a half to that college campus. Lol

I'm better..... I was sick for 2 day's.... I have trouble with a few different
foods...... as I grow older more things do not agree with me........

Very glad to read that you were sick...but much better now.
Yes growing old has it's down sides...
I guess it is better than the alternative. I am not sure that in this day and age I would wish to be growing younger!!!!
But the desire is to grow old gracefully and healthily. x

Hello Helen,
Well, I have a dairy problem take after my mom...... I did not know for a long time she
had this....... but any way, more things are doing me wrong.. foods ???
As for age..... we got saved in our 50's my husband and I ...... and ever since that
time, I have wanted to go home.... and I still do..... I guess God has a reason for me !
I sure wish it was finished.... I took after my mom on foods, and my pa on drinking.
Just before we got saved, I gave up the drinking and smoking. I thought for sure I was
going to heaven before my husband , because of that. But he had a lot of pain and I am
now glad because of that, he went first.....

My grand son comes in tonight for the wedding on Saturday.
Plus many people are arriving in town for it...so I may be "preoccupied" until after my grand-daughters wedding Saturday. So I wont be doing any serious posting until Sunday probably.

I may sneak on here early morning, or late at night for a few moments ...if I am not too shattered or worn out!!

That's really strange for me...... Because we are having a graduation party out side on
Sat. from 2 till ? And about a hundred and fifty will be coming.....
My son is doing a hog roast out side. Its sure going to be a busy day for all..........
