I did remember to do that leg stuff....... and I guess ,think, it worked ,,,, that fast ?
I did not have any trouble , now I hope I remember to do it again !

No, none others seem to post here. Haha! It just leaves it free for you and I to have a daily chatter!!

Glad the leg exercises worked.
The doctor told me that doing that it moves the blood around , as it is sitting and lack of movement that causes craping. So I have done it for years now..
Only once in a while I still get cramping n my toes....but doing that cut the cramping down by about 90%
Before then I got it two or three times during the night. But now about twice a month. :)

Now, if I could get my bladder sorted out!! Haha!
I have tried to not drink after 5.30pm ...but I haven't found much difference in how may times I get out at night.

hi b.P. and they are... I also need take low dose aspirin.
You have problems with the B. ? I have with the other one.
Foods, bother my tummy..... dairy, and even some vegetables.....
I cant believe these temps. For the night time, usually in late June and of course Aug. its hot.
but the night time are in the 50's and60's this week.....
old age stinks, I want to go home....
So what are you doing today ? :) Hope its a good day for you !

So how are you sleeping now? Any better.
So you will be on a baby aspirin daily...I am on warfarin which is a blood thinner. That is what the aspirin does too. But it is nothing as strong as warfarin. I have to have blood tests every two weeks to check how thick or thin my blood is.

You mentioned your tummy, I think it is because our digestion slows down a lot as we age.

Anyway...hope that you are doing well.

I was always a slow eater, but when I moved in here trying to keep up with the family
haha........ So I have to slow back down.

Hey Marlene
Doing well...my right leg is still giving me problems if I sit wrong...but other than that...It is good.
I am trying to pull off 8 lbs before our grand daughters wedding in three weeks...but I like my food too much!!

I've heard them say that we eat less as we age, but at 76 I have not found that happening yet! LOL

Have a fun day...I'm sure all the kids are going some sports.

We went to a B.B. game and are back now and have another at 2 , so we will
be off again in 10 min.
Its nice when it so close and only one game....... lots of time they were 2 games

I shall keep that one in mind. Sleeping pattern has been ridiculous since my boo-boo so, I am up and down at all hours, lol and the main forum can be pretty quiet... TANX! :)

I am often awake in the 'wee hours' too...I have never caught you on here...

It must be a time fame zone thing...I am in Western Canada...which side of USA are you? If East, our zones will be about 3 hours different Ha!

Buffalo, ny. I never see many of 'the gang' on here when I get on in the wee hours...most mornings I am so engrossed in reading posts I can't believe how much time has passed until I start hearing the birds around 4=430 lol
