There will come a day when the ONLY Light in this world, will be The Light in those who believe......As yet the darkness has not taken over this world completely ( as it obviously does for a short time )....The story we are told about the wise and the foolish Virgins, I believe is getting very very close indeed and in some ways do seem to have begun already.
many a thing the Lord showed me in a vision in 1999 has come to pass right in front of my eyes, and the eyes of my kids and the others I shared that vision with........We need to stop all this Kindergarten behavior , seen so often between people, who all say they believe in Jesus, and get ourselves ready...
Man needs to lay down this insane pride, that he can somehow comprehend everything about God and Jesus and they are in need of no truth ( other than the one they subscribe to ).
Our wonderful, precious Father and Jesus is so much bigger and so much more than a handful of written accounts of peoples experiences with Him and things from Him, which He is just as able to tell us about today, as He was at any other time......He has so much more for us, than us sitting in church pews re-hashing decade after decade, the same few stories from long ago, only preaching to the already 'converted'........
Why do so many say they believe Jesus is real, and that He was resurrected into a body His Disciples were able to see, hear and touch, as they read in the Bible.....But at the same time they refuse to believe that He can and does do that even today ?????? Still they claim the verse from the Bible " Jesus, the same yesterday, today and tomorrow."
But they obviously do not believe that....They seem fine with Jesus yesterday and Jesus tomorrow ( in the future ), but far too many 'believers' simply refuse or just ignore the Jesus today....The Jesus with us ! With us now and even till the end of the world or age........
He isn't just a historical figure or a figment of mans imagination, and I have a lot of trouble comprehending why so many many believers refuse to believe and accept Him as a reality, when He has so much to offer us through the incredible work He accomplished on the cross and after, to make it so we, like Adam, can have a real relationship with Him....But as always, it is our choice to make, and no one can force that relationship onto another....But I sure don't understand why so many believers won't embrace the Truth, The Living Word of God.....Our wonderful Lord Jesus !

@Triumph1300....I know exactly what you mean in relation to being on the forum....I think a few of us have days when we think likewise.......But on the other hand, for me personally, the handful of non venomous believers here, have surely blessed me very many times, and been a wonderful support, both through their prayers and their comments.
I am certain I do not have to name those few, I feel confident you already know....:)
We just keep on 'trucking', hoping for a seed to take root somewhere, or that we may be able to add a little Water to someone who needs it.........Love your photos and the verses you print....Thank you .........God bless you and keep you ...Pia

Last night I was walking home and decided to take a short cut past the cemetery... 3 girls walked up to me and explained that they were really scared to walk past the cemetery at night, so I agreed to let them walk along with me. I told them "I understand... I used to be freaked out too when I was alive..."

I wish there was more unity and a better representation of Christ on these forums. But at least you got a few good threads like this one, always like seeing the pictures on here. This thread is always nice and relaxing.

Amen! It is the "good seed" on this web site that keep me coming back and back again...plus, why should we allow ourselves to be driven away by tactics of the Enemy!!! That way he would win.

I have a question.

I don't get any messages in my email when somebody responds.
So, I am forced to check all the "alerts", which is a pain really.

I went into my "Alert Preferences" and tipped all the check marks.
But I still do not receive email notices.

What did I do wrong?

I'm the wrong one to ask. I am just the opposite... I have uncheck all notifications...I prefer to zip through my Alerts and grab any that say someone has quoted me...or posted in a thread that I am interested in.

I 'think' I did see someone ask on the Help Desk how he could get notifications via email. Maybe check there and see if he got a response.

Oh man, that is so funny.....Glad I didn't have a mouthful of coffee at that moment.....Once "ByGrace" wrote something to me, that was so funny I managed to spit a whole mouthful of coffee onto my ( then) keyboard, because I just literally burst out laughing, like just then .....Thank you so very much

@Triumph1300....Oh wow what beautiful photos and you are quite an artist yourself ( if I understood you right?).
When I saw the one with the rainbow and that entire area around where you are, I was ready to pack my bags and come to Canada, as indeed a few other photos have made me feel like doing.....Can't believe how we ended up here in Oz, when my dad had been offered a position with his company in either Canada or here...Only because my mum thought it would be better here in the sun, did we end up here.
That same photo, had such a huge effect on me and just made me BREATHE hahaha, which may sound odd, but it just helps one take it all in :)......Thanks so much
