That reminds me. I grew up in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where we had many bridges. One bridge dad would drive across to get to a fishing spot was made out of wooden planks and they were very loose! As he drove slowly across, each plank made a noise like the bridge was falling apart!!!
He had a couple of other fishing spots that were rather scary, too.... including walking across a train trestle. You could see the river water under you as there were huge gaps between each wood plank on the trestle. Also, we hurried across because we didn't want a train to come while on the trestle!
Oh, those were the days...1950s, early 1960s.
