Have you seen a dentist? He or she will look at your gums and teeth to see what the problem is....then advise you.
Always brush with a soft toothbrush and brush either upwards or downwards, away from the gums. Be gentle with your gums. Floss your teeth regularly.... sliding floss alongside of each tooth, so you don't hurt your gums.
As said above you need to see a dentist.
