The Secret Service knew the shooter was there. There is video of the SS sniper looking at him through through his scope.of his rifle. But, they let the shooter fire 8 times before they returned fire. There is NO doubt that the SS was in on it.

The SS knew the sniper was on the roof and did "Nothing", the complete scenario was a pre-planned set up, there were reports of the shooter for 90 minutes before he was on the roof, no communication radios between the local authorities and the SS "Really"?

You bet the Biden Admin was in on it, "Criminal"!
