According to Presidential Executive Orders on record, we have been under COG since March 2020, declared by then President Trump due to election fraud during the 2016 US elections.

Interestingly, President Biden has extended certain Trump Executive Orders and National Emergencies against his own administration’s policies. Although not specified in Federal law, every Executive Order in actual practice has an expiration limit of 180 days, by the limits made available to and by individual state laws. Meaning the above Executive Orders have been extended in favor of the Trump Administration polices, many of which are against the Biden Administration policies—due to and as proof of, the rules of Continuity of Government and Military law during times of national emergency, by the actual Commander in Chief, regardless of temporary measures, including those thought to be against an “acting” President placed by the Continuity of Government command. To date, as of this writing, Biden has extended 12 Trump Presidential Executive Orders. Why? Because by law he is required to take orders from the Military and the actual Commander in Chief under Continuity of Government—not give them.

Because the US Military was established before the other branches of government in the war of 1776, by the original US Constitutional, it is the US Military that has first authority under the Commander in Chief, even over an acting US President (which may be different offices and persons) under the laws of Continuity of Government during times of war and national or international emergency.

Understanding the terms and laws regarding Continuity of Government is an important part of not just simply freaking out over all that seems to be going on recently. Depending on who you have been listening to and what you may have been lead to believe, it is understandable that many would just write it all off as conspiracy. We all have the choice of what we want to believe. But if you have ever wondered or thought that things are perhaps just a bit too coincidental, you should understand that what has been described above is exactly how things are supposed to go according to US Constitutional law in times of war.

The point being: When there is evidence it is not a conspiracy theory.

An actual and historic example of Continuity of Government occurred previously in the Philippines during WWII and the “Conquest of the Philippines” by Japan. Under the US Emergency Powers Act (Philippine Commonwealth Act), aided by the US under General Douglas MacArthur, Philippine President Manuel L. Quezon was assisted in remotely running the Philippines while fleeing to safety in the US. Where he then continued to remotely run the Philippine government from the US until after the war. Until “constitutional processes and normal functions of government shall have been restored to the Philippine Islands.”

And one was sent home, so was only one in the tower?

I don't get why copter pilot was at 400 feet when they know they are to be at 200 feet, with that rule going back many years.
Some terrible incompetency going around including the tower. I don't blame the airline pilots they were where they were supposed to be.

Coptor flew straight line right into plane. None of them noticed what they were doing?

Was he really a convert to Islam? Or that is just your supposition?
No he was not, it's not mentioned in his biography, I was just looking and found some pilots do convert.
Seeing that has happened before with some US military, then becoming a jihadist,

I can almost believe it if BlackHawk pilot was a recent convert to Islam.

A society that has turned its back on God means it has become pagan, and can't expect His blessing, but the opposite. Competency is not about intelligence so much as it's about blessing or lack of it. That is why there is often so much incompetence in third world countries, not because they are less intelligent than the west, but because they are in darkness and under curses. That is what is happening in the west now. Politics is not going to solve what is a spiritual problem. Only a return to the gospel and the propagation of it can do that.

Their actions certainly doomed a lot of people.

Helicopter pilot Capt. Rebecca Lobach excelled at everything except flying a helicopter


They screwed up the mission and killed themselves and many others flying twice as high at 400 feet than the authorized 200 feet. That is a major problem. She was copilot. Her and the pilot were incompetent for a preventable deadly accident.

Question is why were they outside the flight path by such a large amount? Maybe the military will blame instrument failure...
Since they were at the same altitude, they would have seen the approaching plane as it was line of sight. They had to be looking right at it as it appeared bigger and bigger. Unless they were not looking out the window.
