Ouch!! Praying

I am in Ohio. I fell Monday and My knee is still messed up (Although I thought I blew it up so it was not as bad as i thought)
Thanks for your prayers.

I pray your knee will feel better soon.

I am 74 so take care when walking. I saw what the falls can do because my 94 year old mother used to fall.

My cousin is in Fredericktown, Amish country. He and his wife moved there a few years ago to be nearer to his wife's grandkids. He sends me some photos of the snow and a couple of the Amish buggies going by his home.

I also had friends that used to live in Hilliard after they left Los Angeles. The husband lost his job so they recently moved to Kansas. They are Ethiopian. We kept in touch mainly via phone calls.

Dana had surgery and the paramedics carried him home...he's laying on the sofa as he can't get upstairs.

He's in alot of pain so he appreciates prayer. They gave him oxycodone I think it's called...addictive I know if taken too long.

He can't use crutches so his wife got him a walker. But it's hard for him to get to the bathroom. He thinks that's why he got more pain. He tries to hold his foot up when going to the bathroom with the walker.

Dana says thanks for the prayers!

Dana says he has less pain, and takes only half a pain pill so he won't get addicted.

But he says his foot and ankle look really bad and very scary. The doctor took the bandages off a few days ago. Doctor says it will take six more weeks.

Dana can't sleep on the sofa well. So he is now trying to get upstairs by sliding backwards on his butt step by step. He can't put any pressure on the foot and ankle.
