What i seen of a Show some years ago in regards people that went out wanting to mine etc in Greenland, they came across a criminal Government intent to totaly rip them off ! Claimes of inviormental nonsence was peddled.
All that the Government looked to be doing was using such people, who were willing to put their life on the line looking about the place. and the Govenment people were just looking to feather their own nest down the track !

I think Trump is a stalwart negotiator and trust he looks for the most upstanding deal for all parties involved in deal making.
I believe Trump is very keen on understanding;
* A greater issue in the US than warped politicians is the “unelected” Lobbyists and Bureaucrats (snakes) who have far too long been allowed to wage their corrupt and detrimental “sideline” “backdoor” policies against the American People.
Well, another worry is China. What if China goes to Greenland and starts mining and oil drilling. See that is a negative for US sphere of influence. US government would not like that at all, either side of the isle. US does not want a world power like China or Russia in Greenland.
I think it's a question of what we are setting our hearts on and trusting in. Arm of the flesh or the Lord our God? Are we seeking those things which are above? What is the foundation we are acting from, the Spirit or the flesh? Are we seeking His kingdom and righteousness first? How entangled (enmeshed, ensnared, engrossed) should we be in the affairs of this world, according to scripture if we want to please our Commanding Officer? What kind of army are we supposed to be? With what kind of weapons? Can we serve two masters? How long will we "halt between two opinions"?
Well, we are not promised peace or worldy success are we.
Do you have an expectation for a more abundant life? Here and in the next?
The thief can only steal kill destroy in this world, not the world to come.

Governments are always in competition with each other. You got China an ascending super power and the US as global superpower and the sparks keep flying. One wants to dig at the other it is like wrestling match.
Abundant life speaks of eternal/heavenly/spiritual life. It's not talking about seeking to have everything go our way in this life, but we may have His Life, life of the Spirit, abundantly and abounding in this life to see us through the trials and tribs of this life. This world is passing away and we ourselves are passing away bodily and that is why the scriptures teach we are not to be invested in this life, but seek those things which are above and eternal, and keep our eyes fixed not on what is seen but on what is unseen.
2Co 4:16-18
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Jesus said in this world we would have tribulation, He didn't at all promise that we would have it easy. Yes the devil comes but to steal, kill and destroy.......he comes against God's people hard, but the Lord is working it all together for our good as we are chastised as sons for our good that we may partake of His holiness.
This is the kind of meat that the church needs to feed on to grow up strong.......not the tepid milk and fairy tales that has been sold to an entire generation in most places, stunting growth and causing the church to be weak and immature. "Happily ever after" doesn't come until after this life and that is why we are called to be patient and to endure in this life.
You know, when the disciples asked Jesus about the dismal political situation in their country Israel at the time (under pagan oppression and rule) and asked Jesus about when the kingdom would be restored to Israel, His response was essentially to never mind that, it is God's business and that they were to just go and preach the gospel. We are to do practical good as we have opportunity in the will of the Lord as He leads, but it's not our job to focus on and be distracted by running around putting out the fires of this world, this world is not our business but God's, and He IS ruling and reigning, but we as His church have been given a different mandate havent' we....to go and make disciples.
Yes, this is all Satan's kingdom (the world) divided against itself, as Jesus alluded to. And just think what it means that we are in the world but not of it.
Even so we live here for the time being.

We are promised victory over this world.... it all depends if one is a glass half empty kinda person, or a glass half full kinda person.
Sadly many Christians won't stand on God's promises and instead allow themselves to live in defeat and they waller around in self pity feeling sorry for themselves as though they don't even know the Lord... just like sinners out in the world who are under satan's control.

Overcoming the world by your faith does not in any way imply worldly success, often the opposite happens.
It means when tribulations come against you because of the world, you do not fall away from God, perhaps even unto your death.

Uh huh... and the Lord gives VICTORY over the world to those that are skillful in the Word of righteousness!
Those that actually know God's Word and are skillful in the Word of righteousness end up doing well even in this world.
Then, some who have been taught man-made religion from the darkened mind of mankind... believe they are just worms in the dirt and the devil is God's whipping boy that He sent to whip up on them to keep them down (victim mentality) and it's God's will that they live in defeat in this life cause they are nothing but a dirty dog who is still worthless
Those are the glass half empty peoples who accept defeat and lay down for the devil to walk all over them
Yes, it looks to me that the Left when they do deals, it's not them doing a deal truly in fact, For they nerver had a life of doing deals in fact in reality, regarding that they truly know themselves, what it is that they are truly doing in fact, but it's the Party or whoever is promting them to do such a deal in fact. for They are just stooges !
Trump is the master of doing deals, because he is a master in such matters and proven such in his working life proven !
If one was to say that Trump does not know how to do deals, One would be considered a retard in fact !
