There is no one’s blood on my hands except who I killed with my sins, on the cross. And he rose again in payment for them. Thankful for the Lord Yeshua who was risen again by the Holy Spirit of God.

If Jesus died to save us from God, then the problem isn't on our end.
It indicates that something is terribly wrong with God. (or our twisted view of Him)

[
I find it interesting that Adam in Eden, when confronted by God did not admit what he had done but tried to blame God.
The woman You made tempted me.

What is truly interesting is ever since then we have used the same failed tactic of blaming God for what is our fault.

We forget that God gave us life, he has the right to expect our compliance with his rules, does anyone really think they can ignore God etc, and he has the right having given us life to also end life.

Whinging about shows a lack of an ability to face facts.

A rational view of the situation indicates that they were set up to fail.
But this was part of the plan for the redemption of humankind. (the Logos)
If there had been no Fall of humankind, there would be no story to tell, no need for a savior.

Sorry but that is an irrational view.
Think. They had the freewill to actually chose to obey God, they had no set pattern of disobeying God, no ' original sin '.
They were influenced by Satan and chose to follow him rather than obey God.

They view you expressed is just a continuation of Adams refusal to accept responsibility for his actions.

I don't think that Adam (if there was an Adam) even understood the death consequence.
What did he know of death?

The reaction of he and Eve in the situation certainly indicates no understanding.
Would you eat "poison" fruit? (fruit that you knew would kill you)

--- PARODY ---

Serpent: Did God really say... ?
Eve: He said don't eat and don't touch.
Adam: Oops, my bad, I said don't touch.
Eve: What?! God didn't say that? !!!
Adam: No, I added that because I know you like to
touch things without thinking.
Eve: So, you don't trust me? !!!
Adam: I'm looking out for our best interests. My job.
Eve: I see.
Serpent: Are you going to eat, or not? !!!
Eve: Let me check with the boss. - LOL
Adam: Scram serpent!
Serpent: Hiss... (walks away dejected)
Eve: Hey, let's check out that other tree.
Adam: Good idea!

Indeed.

It is the false teachers who are sending their neighbors to hell.

Well Jesus taught there was a real Adam, so was he lying? If he lied about this can you trust Jesus when he says he can forgive you your sins?

Whether Adam did or did not understand the Spiritual and physical consequences of disobedience we cannot know.
But we do know that he knew what God wanted and that there were serious consequences for disobedience.

Matt 19:4 “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’[
Good one!

I'm not sure it proves your point, though. I could say to you, "haven't you read how Jack and Jill went up the hill? Therefore, watch thy noggin!" Clearly that wouldn't make Jack and Jill real people, though. :phew:

Also, we've been having a discussion about how Jesus and His apostles use the Old Testament when they quote it. I'm not sure if you've been keeping up with that one, but it's relevant here, because... they use things out-of-context constantly. Using something from the Old Testament as a pattern while teaching - that doesn't seem to imply anything about the historicity of the original story.

yeah, the devil has been making false claims about God for centuries!

There is more than one way to "think" about this.

In the end, there is only one way to look at this which is the way God looks at it.

All those in opposition to God's point of view will be spending eternity tormented in hell with their father the devil.

Well Jesus taught there was a real Adam, so was he lying?

There's a growing number of people in this forum that believe Jesus is actually a lair.

They get this from their father the devil who have sent them here to try to choke the Word out of actual believers.

The children of God and the children of the devil grow up along side one another... but in the end, the children of the devil are removed and burned while the Children of God are welcomed in to the Lord's Kingdom - Matthew 13:30

Perhaps the best evidence that no one really believes in a forever-burning Hell.
Or that no one really loves their neighbors. Take your pick.

If you really loved your neighbors, and believed in a forever-burning Hell, you wouldn't send them there.

I can hear the reply coming now. "I didn't send them to Hell, they sent themselves there."
Did you do anything to stop them? Did you convince them otherwise?
Did you live a life that made Christ attractive? I see...

Fortunately for me, I don't believe in a forever-burning Hell. Not really my problem.
Do you believe in a forever-burning Hell? (nope) If you did...

Or maybe you don't really love your neighbors. Seems to go hand-in-hand.
We don't send anyone to Hell.

Read the Bible.

Man/Adam is from the beginning of creation. If Jesus's statement is not true, then he is a liar and cannot be our saviour.

I guess I can check 'get insulted by a random guy on the internet' off my bingo card for the day.

Seriously, you don't know me even a little bit. Why go out of your way to be unpleasant?

We learn of each other by how we address Scripture.
