Most believe it’s about having some extravagant wedding, or rings, etc…
According to Jesus/Yeshua. It’s when a man and woman become one. In otherwords, laying down with their becoming husband or wife. While states require people to record their marriage: one can simply do so by going to a justice of peace office or something. There is no need for some extraordinary bi-laws in having some big wedding scene, priest or pastor to make this connection happen. The personal choice to “connect” is the deciding factor. At least in Gods eyes that is how he see it, and so his Son states, in Matthew 19:1-6. A common lesson not taught in most congregations.
While I never knew this before, I’ve been divorced at least 6 times. I wish I would have known about it sooner but alas; what can you do when you weren’t raised in these notions.
