The Day is a sudden destruction.
The people of God are gathered, while the dragon worshippers are destroyed.

"The people of God are gathered." That just caught my attention. What does it mean to be gathered to Him? There was a gathering of the Israel of God to Jesus in the first century..........and with His second coming I seem to be seeing with this a completion of the good work He began in us, and the fulfillment of Malachi 4. His elect shedding every shackle and walking in the full stature of Christ..? A church triumphant! (though it be only a remnant) And there must have been a scattering before a gathering one would think. Just as Israel was a scattered flock when Jesus came the first time........we are likewise in a state of scattering right now, for the most part.

Mal 4:1-3

For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

It is the primary purpose of Christ, to gather into one flock the people of God scattered all over the earth, with Him as their Great Shepherd.

Matthew 12:30
He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad.

49 And one of them, Caiaphas, being high priest that year, said to them, “You know nothing at all, 50 nor do you consider that it is expedient for [e]us that one man should die for the people, and not that the whole nation should perish.” 51 Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, 52 and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.

The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares​

His field is the world.

37 He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels.

I appreciate your view, many might have it, just not me. I go against the grain of Pre-Tribbers and Post-Tribbers. I am Mid-Trib/Pre-Wrath Rapture adherent, It happens at the last trumpet (Rev. 11:15 - the 7th trumpet). From the Mellennial Kingdom on, your scenario sounds about right (the last paragraph). But that is another topic.

Disagreement is okay.
I stand in my position for several factors…

* Regarding the Second / Last Trib.
Pre - Mid - Post Trib…all plays a role of regarding “who is” raised up “when and why and how”.

* Historical Reference in Regard to the First Trib.
“Who was” raised up “when and why’.
8 humans believed.
8 prepared (built an ark) Gods order, way.
8 entered ark.
God closed the door.
7 days pass, rain begins.
Ark begins rising up.
Fountains of the deep rise up.
Ark rises above mountain tops.
Above mountain tops…CLOUDS.
Ark with 8 humans Above the face of the earth (dry land), being destroyed by water.

NEW testament “hint”…
Matt 24:
[37] But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
[38] For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

The days of Noah…8 (few of the Then population believed, Prepared) according to Gods Order and Way.

The rest of the Population…were carrying on AS Usual…(not Believing, not Preparing) Until Noah (8) entered the ark.

Irrelevant “WHEN” was first rain ever…but important … the Dry Land (God called Earth) was quickly being covered from WATER from above and below….EFFECTING “EVERYONE” WHO WAS on the face of the Earth….

AND the EFFECT of the “Believing AND Prepared” 8 humans?
THEY were “RISING UP”.

How HIGH DID “the Believing AND Prepared “. RISE UP ABOVE the Chaos and Destruction ON the Earth? To the Height of CLOUDS above the Mountain tops.

The NEW (better) Testament reveals A NEW OFFERING FROM GOD TO HUMAN MEN….
FOR: any willing man to TAKE Gods Offering and BE “PREPARED” and they as well “ESCAPE” …. The NEXT, SECOND, LAST….Tribulation God has Revealed HE SHALL SEND DOWN FROM Heaven…AGAIN upon the WHOLE Earth.

AFTER the FIRST Trib. The 8 prepared saved believers were RETURNED to the face of a (restored) Dry Earth.

The BELIEVING….AND..PREPARED

The RAPTURE….described IN 1 Thes…eing lifted up OFF the face of the Earth, UP to the CLOUDS…applies TO: the Believing AND Prepared (who are MADE Prepared ….

By, through, of …human men WHO accepted the Lord Gods Offering, according to HIS Order and Way.

ALL OTHERS…ON the face of the earth, having NOT become ”PREPARED” SHALL suffer Tribulations AND Wrath SENT down from Heaven……

Until…IF, WHEN, during the Tribulations and Wrath sent down from Heaven…
“THEY WILLINGLY” “give, submit” their OWN…
Body…unto death, FOR their belief IN the Lord God Almighty.

THEN shall “such” individuals BE MADE, bodily physically dead, soul saved, spirit quickened…AND their departed saved soul and quickened spirit RISE UP to Heaven and Remain with God…”until”…

RETURNING TO THE FACE of the Earth…
The DAY of Judgement and their own Bodies Risen up IN Glory, to the face of the Earth…and their saved soul and their quickened spirit imparted INTO their glorious risen body.

They do fight with you . I have heard them say WHO are YOU to JUDGE
yet its they WHO JUDGE GOD himself who said THEM WORDS .

What was GODS plan . What did GOD determine .
For GOD so loved the world that HE sent HIS only begotten Son
that all who do BELIEVE in HIM should not perish but have evelasting life .
What did paul write to the corinthians reminding them .
FOR it pleased GOD that by the foolishness of PREACHING
to save those who ......................wait forit .........................BELEIVE . THAT IS GODS plan . INTERFAITH is satans plan .

The law makes us aware of what sin is . THEREFORE by the law itself no man can be justified .

and its high time the churches start preaching that NAME again with a dire sense of urgency
that folks MUST beleive ON HIM .
Faith . DID abraham have faith . YES HE DID . WHEN GOD SPOKE ABRAHAM BELEIVED GOD .
WELL WHEN JESUS SPOKE , i gotta say IT CAME OF GOD . so if a man believes NOT JESUS THE CHRIST
DOES THAT MAN HAVE FAITH IN GOD . and the answer is NO . HAD we beleived GOD we had BELIEVED JESUS THE CHRIST
can a man love GOD and reject CHRIST . NO . HAD you LOVED GOD you would have LOVED ME for i came forth OF HIM .
