Oh, you meant "The Governing Body of Jehovah’s Witnesses", I misunderstood.
I think individuals, not groups, go to hell. I think people will be in hell for their own sins, but sins are relative, those with the greater light receive the greater condemnation.
God is a God of sinners, from Samaritans to Roman Centurions he had a lot of mercy, and mostly condemned those with correct beliefs who condemned others. You aren't the ultimate Judge of others. If everyone who errors while reading the scripture are going to hell, most every Independant non-denominational Christain is in big trouble, since they can't universally agree on the Bible. In fact, a unhumble and judgy Christian might not be rewarded at all, while a humble JW maybe farther along the path to a reward than you just because you judged him.
"Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other." (Luke 18)
