Because I don't think Jesus likes suits and ties! The multitude in heaven wear white robes ... better get used to it, no suits and ties in heaven.Nope. + If you dress up for someone else, why not God?

How nice, you resort to a slanderous attack when you are caught in an error, rather than admit it. Christ' righteousness was imputed to all who are born again, but some of us still lean on that fleshly pride sometimes.God made me righteous when I got born again and washed in the Blood of Jesus becoming a new creation IN CHRIST... too bad you weren't made righteous. White robes are the standard of formal. Graduation ceremonies are uniform in this regard.Because I don't think Jesus likes suits and ties! The multitude in heaven wear white robes ... better get used to it, no suits and ties in heaven.
I used to wear a suit and tie, but the church I'm with now is pretty laid back. We dress casually, but no jeans or shorts. The only time I wear a suit is when I'm invited to serve a conference/convention.i dont i wear jeans and a good shirt to preach in.. i am opposed to shorts on adults in Church.. but i dont turn anyone away for wearing shorts

I'll wear a suit for births, deaths, hitchings, and resurrections, i.e. Christmas, funerals, weddings, and Easter.I used to wear a suit and tie, but the church I'm with now is pretty laid back. The perfect payback for enslaving the Jews for 400 years would be to have them make a couple billion robes of the finest Egytian cotton for us and have some gold Oriental silk sachets to go with that for Himself?I dont know about that! I've heard a lot of testimonies where people describe Jesus in their encounter and it's usually he was dressed fine in one way or another. Different color saches mean different things.
And remember the Transfiguration? Jesus transfigured into a spiritual or glorified body for a few moments and I bet that felt good at the time. Like putting on your best suit which you havent worn in a bit. And according to the disciples, He looked like a million bucks! (Mark 9:2-8)
When it was time to go back work He put his working rainment on again, but I bet it felt good to put on a suit for a few. SO even if He was born in a manger, there's a time and place for suits. ''Just not so much in church anymore. Attendance and fellowship is way more impotant than rainment.
flesh and blood is not in heavenIf you are there will you be wearing blue genes and a tee shirt?? Why not??
