I heard about the Iran thing today on the news.
Btw, they got rid of the short Secret Service women and got all tall men the last time I saw at the RNC for protecting Trump.
Good morning Jack. There has certainly been some interesting things happening in different areas of the government and their protection. Some suspicious and others need investigation and we don't always get any answers that are satisfying. And there is the classified area of Trump legal problems and that is stuff we won't know about.
My biggest problem has been New York's harassment against Trump. It looked corrupt and criminal. And I don't think all the government is corrupt, but that certainly did look corrupt. I'm concerned they knew they were breaking the law and prosecuting Trump, and knew they could get away with it.
There is just so much in the war between the republicans and democrats. Hopefully they can de-escalate their attacks. Which is more vicious? I see more viciousness in New York and those associated areas against Trump certainly. Then we have the assassination attempt.

This is just my guess but, there were 3 on video and one on the hot mic saying "what do we do, what do we do". All 3 on the video were just running around like the keystone cops. The short one in with the hair in a bun, couldn't shoulder her gun. Then to protect Trump, she gave him a bear hug instead of blocking a gunman's site by shifting movement.
I have been in near death experiences. Having some in military experience.
God can calm things down and keep people sound minded, even slow time down around them, so they can execute things intelligently while the events are happening. But there are many things a person can experience during those events. Not sure Trump wasn't in shock after the first bullet whizzed past the ear and the second one struck the ear causing bleeding. He shrugged his shoulder on the whizzing sound, and ducked to the floor on the bullet strike. It was an AR-15 the news said, which is a super sonic round traveling beyond the speed of sound. He would have hear the whizzing sound and then the ear strike, not sure when he heard the super loud bang from the muzzle blast.
I'm wondering if shock set in for Trump, which is a common condition first responders encounter when dealing with trauma victims. I don't think a bear hug from a woman comforting him in the way she feels is appropriate, letting him know he is OK and people are there to help him was suspicious. It is a basic female instinct which is motherly maybe in women, not men. We are different as men.
Somehow Trumps shoes came off at some point and they threw them off stage so no one tripped on them on the way off stage. Not sure who took his shoes off.
But if shock mentally was the case, he did toughen up and get back up and succeeded in obtaining the republican presidential race. Strong man!
There is mental, emotional and physical shock areas. Mental shock may just look disoriented or other similar descriptions of mental state. Mental shock may only last a split second or a few seconds, depending on the traumatic event.

Trump's reflex's were better than most. He immediately when to the floor. I've seen others with deer in the headlights look. Not moving. How many events have happened when shooting started that people ran. Not this crowd, they stayed and didn't panic. Trump stood up defiantly and said Fight. He gave an interview that evening and showed up at the convention the next day. He is a tough guy. SS agents are not trained to "Hug" anyone, they are there to protect and give their life if necessary and return fire as they protect. You saw the men armed and ready.

Agree Trump should have beefed up security excluding a fumbling chunky chick that can not safe-guard her own weapon.
Believe the so called “Iranian plot” is an intended deflective hoax to distance democratic politicians and their suggestive remarks from consideration and review.

Thanks for your opinion Rocker. Some people have more experience in those matters than others clearly. No one knows what Trump was thinking or feeling as he didn't state in a witness report by attempting to describe what he was thinking and feeling during the event. I don't believe it is possible to know what someone is thinking or feeling thru their speech or actions as you say. He appears to have a message in body language and speech. We can say we understand the message perhaps. I think it's OK to say he wanted to encourage the rest of the audience after the event that "we are tough" I think. He definitely shrugged the shoulder in "reaction" and ducked out of perhaps the fight or flight standard fear area to take some cover and protect himself, not others like the secret service had to do for Trump.
There were people killed in more serious trauma at the event. and two people I believe more seriously injured.
Trump was protected. And his actions weren't exactly what you would see in standard warfare among some of the actions of trained military. But people usually aren't included in those actions or training, unless served some active military time and trained properly.
Does that make sense to you?
I do see a real Iranian problem with terrorist threats expressed by counter-terrorism agencies in the USA at their respective websites and also some reported on the news websites. It's not just the president that is a target in that area. It potentially can impact other areas of terrorist targets. Terrorism is creating terror in the populations I think, and the target may be more strategic perhaps, like an organization that is important or a president.
I don't doubt the information on counter-terrorism government websites or when reported on news sites like Fox. It a serious issue where people die and they have to protect against that, possibly losing their lives in the process. And innocent victims are also injured or die.

No doubt Terrorist cells checked and unchecked are operating within the US…to which I give full credit to the Biden Administration.
Personally I still think democrat politicians have repeatedly used inflammatory and suggestive key words to influence negative and harmful acts toward Trump…
If and when a backlash appears possible they instigate an attempt to mitigate their accountability by a pointing to a deflection patsy.

Yes that was my concern as well. The warning language from the OP which was an FBI alert I think covered "copy cat criminals" which may have been something like the attempted Trump assassination and terrorist act against Trump supporters of that incident. I read it the other day from the link I posted at the top of the thread.

JB has to drop out of the race if he will,before the end of August.

Hi Dev.
I think because Trump is 6' 3"....so the women were too short to adequately protect him. His head and shoulders would still be exposed when protected by short women.
