I watched enough. Been around a long time. My family and I tossed these concepts around 50 years ago. They contemplated the similar mysteries as this doctor did and also came to the same conclusions. I did not buy into it. My mom, brother and uncle did as many do.
But later in in life after becoming a Christian, I was enlightened to Satan's schemes and tricks. Read the "Screwtape Letters", a book describing how demons operate to deceive and lead many into darkness. Hindus are living in darkness, so are Buddhists. They believe in reincarnation.
I once watched a movie called "Seven Years In Tibet". It was about the DlI Lama as a child, who wanted building built. They had to did up the ground for the foundation. When I saw the Monks kneel down to pray for the worms lives and being displaced ( thinking they were reincarnated souls), I realized how ridiculous the idea of reincarnation was and how far it could deceive. You see Monks who you think are spiritual people and wise; they are lost and confused. They are in harmony with nature though ( and that is their philosphy) - it is peaceful. There is nothing wrong with that only that they are missing the Big Picture, a relationship with Christ. They just don't have a clue about God, the meaning of life and death or judgment.
