Initially, your post read, "Because Catholic don’t speak Gods truth......" which is why I asked, "Why are you feigning to be interested in my answers when you have said, "Catholics don’t speak Gods truth?" So, then you edited your post and changed it to say, "Because Catholic don’t speak Gods truth regarding being Born Of The Spirit......"
Why Do Catholic’s worship the pope?

Prove using scripture that your religion and the popes religion is the truth, and the only truth @Nephesh ?

You still sin how so?

If you insist on going down the road of being Born Again so be it, maybe it’s Gods will that we go down this route.

So @Nephesh ...you still sin, even though you have been Born Again of Gods seed?

Again, that was addressed in post #11.
You seem to be insisting that we go down the road of being Born Again, so be it.

You sin how so...if you have been Born Again of Gods “ Living” seed?

Does the pope believe he sins?

If he doesn’t believe that he sins..why does he believe that he doesn’t sin?..if that be the case?

What are you talking about? Did you not go to post #11 and read the first bullet point where I speak about worship?
I asked you questions.

Please answer the questions, instead of evading them?

Are you actually understanding my questions?

Do you sin does the pope sin?

I am genuinely interested and I won’t have you tell me I’m not...stop making accusations of my character.

  • To be "born again "means to become like a child (Matt.18:3), whereas "born of the Spirit" means to receive within our soul the nature of God: love (1 Jn. 4:7-13, Gal. 5:22), and neither means that one will become immune to the temptation of evil.
Explain?

Using the written word?

Temptation of evil?

How so if one has been Born Again of Gods seed?

Which means?

Are you an AI? I answered all your questions in the opening post, which includes the one where you ask if Catholics worship Pope Francis (see the first bullet point in post #11). Aside from my answer about being born again/born of the Spirit, do you have any response to any of my other answers?
You answered nothing regarding being Born Of Gods seed?

Show me where you explained the seed of God...being Born Of Gods seed?

Point me to that post please?

You said you sin...how can you, if you have been Born Of God’s seed.

Which means what please?

While I put together my response about that, do you have a response to any of my other answers to your questions from the opening post?
Point me to your answers to my questions, I surely did not see any answers?

While you’re at it..what is the written word saying here.

Who is the seed and where is that seed planted?

What in us has been Born Again of incorruptible seed?

Is the seed dead or Alive?

Try not to google the answer.

1 Peter 1:23

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.”

I'll work on my response to that. In the meantime, do you have a response to any of my answers in post #11 to your questions from the opening post?
I will reply to your post number 11 when I have more time, I have to get ready as I have an appointment .

I will be back...catch you later.

A true Christian worships God alone and obeys His commandments. Christians (Catholics) teach that only God is God and He alone is to be worshiped. Acts of veneration, e.g., kissing/touching, kneeling, bowing, etc., towards holy figures such as the Blessed Virgin Mary and Pope Francis, do not make them idols/gods any more than it does a king or queen. It's one's intentions behind such acts that either elevates an inanimate object or person to that of an idol/god or not.
I have time to answer this part of your post.

Which I already did in part , members will see that in this thread.

So I will ask again.
How would you know how to obey the commandments of God?

You never answered that question I asked of you further up the thread, if you did answer what number post is it please?

I see kissing the popes hand as revering him..worshiping him, as though he is Holy....you see it differently.

There is only one who is worthy of revering that is Jesus and only Jesus...just as His written word says, backed up by the Living Holy Spirit who indwells my spirit,Born Of The Spirit...” Spirit gives birth to spirit?

God, the Most Holy One, says that we are to be holy as He is (1 Pet. 1:15-16), and one's holiness is not of their own merit, but rather God's Grace in cooperation with their good will. If one who is charitable to their neighbor is also charitable to God (Matt. 25:40), then one who venerates God's holy ones are also venerating Him. Can you honestly say that God's servants such as the Blessed Virgin Mary, Pope Francis, and the numerous saints throughout history didn't lead holy lives?

I don’t think it’s worth carrying on discussion with you.

You can’t answer my question regarding being Born Again of imperishable/ incorruptible seed.plus other questions I have asked you, you have evaded them.

If you don’t understand that , then no point in carrying on.

We are definitely on different spiritual wavelengths....I see nothing spiritual in your posts, no testimony.

The written word doesn’t make our spirit Born Again I’m afraid.

I have to point out some circular reasoning here. (Scripture cannot declare itself to be truth, and then prove it by pointing to its own declaration. That would be lifting itself up by its own bootstraps.) But first, I need to ask: Is Gal. 1:8-9 (which doesn't mention Scripture) your proof text for this conclusion?
Among other things, fulfilled prophecy authenticates the Scriptures, that the Author is not of this world, is from outside our space/time continuum. So it CAN declare itself as truth, it offers evidence. After that it's a matter of whether you will believe or not.

Much love!

I told you that I am working on it. In the meantime, I was able to reply quickly to your last post, then I asked if there were any other answers of mine in post #11 that you wanted to reply to while you wait. Are there or no?
No thanks..you have evaded all of my questions.....best leave it there.

Verse (Click for Chapter)
New International Version
The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.

New Living Translation
But people who aren’t spiritual can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means.

English Standard Version
The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.

Berean Standard Bible
The natural man does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God. For they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Berean Literal Bible
But the natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to understand them, because spiritually they are discerned.

Why Do Catholic’s worship the Pope.
That's a complex question. First you have to answer, "Do Catholics worship the pope?" Then if you've determined an affirmative answer, then ask "why?"

Much love!

I’m being serious that some think the Bible is God.

I’m not mentioning names.....and I’m being serious.
I've never met anyone who thinks their Bible is God. It sounds like plain disparagement to me. My opinion.

Much love!
