I think it is important to note that the article by Faithwire.com didn't include any link to the legislation or even site the proposed legislation's actual name. One has to wonder why they didn't provide this basic information. Unless of course they didn't want people to look at the actual legislation.


So, does this legislation say the parent described above be sentenced to jail?

No.

Is anyone surprised that Faithwire is lying?

Does the proposed legislation make it possible for a parent of a LGBT child to receive a jail sentence if found guilty of breaking specific provisions here? Yes. Lets take a look at what a parent of an LGBT child would have to do to be sentenced to jail:

Physical abuse or the threat of physical abuse.

Emotional or verbal abuse (Scottish law spells out just what that entails examples would be telling your 5 year old child you want them to die. that they are diseased, that they deserve to be abused etc)

Sexual abuse.

Imprisonment of the child. It is a common recommendation of conversion therapy that the child be completely isolated form the outside world, essentially help prisoner in their home.

The use of violence, threats of coercion.

Forcing a minor into a marriage.

At a certain age, all you do is fight your kids over what they are going to wear and how they act and what they do.

Any parent, of any perfectly normal, non-trans child, fights their kids over these issues.

That bill is basically saying, nah, we own your offspring.

That's insane.

When LGBTQxyz proponents get wind of this here in the U.S they'll likely want to pursue that same track. Especially if the bill passed into law.


I would say, someone has had to have put something in the water supply for this to be real.

Yet, when this insanity is spreading quickly into other countries I'd say it has to be something more. Like,they put something into the air supply.

There's a lawsuit that made news recently.
Two women were roughed up by police who objected to their showing compassion and feeding stray cats. The cops said it was illegal and arrested them.

Other news reports in different parts of America tell of church members being prosecuted for feeding homeless humans.

These being examples of moral and righteous acts of compassion. Yet prosecuted by law. And even persecution by law enforcers through acts of violence.

Meanwhile, examples of the mental illness that is gender dysphoria in the afflicted are protected by laws that hold potential to imprison the mentally stable for their offense of holding firm to the biological truth that there are only two anatomically unique genders.

Hello BlessedPeace. An example of what I'm meaning as lawlessness are Pro-Palestine Anti-Israel protests. Groups of angry people, often Muslim men shouting Anti-Semitic slogans, calling for violence against Israel, defacing war memorials and Jewish and Christian symbols, with the police often watching and doing nothing. There was a member of parliament who tried to speak to one of these rallies about 'a fair peace' and had to run away due to the aggression he received. (Given the level of aggression it's probably good that these people are not allowed weapons). There was an elderly war veteran, a poppy seller who was attacked in plain sight in Scotland's main railway station last year by Muslim yobs. There was a Jewish guy who was told by police not to walk down a street where Palestine protesters were because they the police were afraid of the mob. They could not help him if attacked. On the other hand there was a Christian Cafe owner with a Christian Cafe who played an audio bible in the background in his cafe. He was arrested when homosexual persons took offence at the scriptures being played. It seems it's ok to call for violence against Israel and Christians but illegal to read the bible.
