Recently someone suggested that it is Barry Soetoro....AKA Barack Obama.

I have been amazed over the past 3 years how many black Biden has surrounded himself with.
Especially when he was so against integration in the schools and he was bosom buddies with Robert Byrd (KKK fame) and over the years has has associates and such that would have him seem a solid racist, even without the
talk.... it makes sense that it could be Obama with so many blacks around Biden.
Not the least of which is Lloyd Austen and his not even letting Biden know he had to have surgery for his
prostate cancer.....

They've never met a war they didn't like.
