I come from another country and of course we have different laws relating to various things like migration and we don't have a federal govt but I need to ask this.
They say that there is a crisis (including housing) in New York city due to an influx of asylum seekers and the "right to shelter" ruling of that state. Why don't they just change that law since it is not working. In fact, It's making the situation even worse????
