No, "the Law" is just one form of "the knowledge of good and evil" which all those in Adam are born into--for non-Jews, what Paul describes here would be the equivalent of a child coming to the age when he knows good and evil (Isaiah 7:15).

Adam sinned and died.. Through him all have dies. so that in christ can all be made alive.

I've already answered this: God has already rejected His children before.
To say "children can't be unborn" is to use reasoning, but it is not to respect Scripture.
Scripture trumps reason.

Deuteronomy 32
5They have dealt corruptly with him; they are no longer his children because they are blemished; they are a crooked and twisted generation.

Hosea 1
8When she had weaned Lo-ruhamah, she conceived and gave birth to a son. 9And [f]the LORD said, “Name him [g]Lo-ammi, because you are not My people, and I am not [h]your God.”
Yet the number of the sons of Israel
Will be like the sand of the sea,
Which cannot be measured or counted;
And in the place
Where it is said to them,
“You are not My people,”
It will be said to them,
“You are the sons of the living God.”

Thus, to be a member of God's people is to be a child of God (as Deuteronomy 14:1 says), thus, when God "disowns" them, saying, "Not My People", He is saying, "you're not My children", though He had already them His children--and Christ says "you are of your father the devil". How did that happen when had God already said, "You are children of the LORD your God" (Deut 14:1)?

So, this is a precedent for Christians--God can disown His children.
Even satan used to be a son of God, an angel.

The eternal life is "in His Son" (1 Jn 5:11), but not all "remain" in His Son (1 Jn 2:28)--not all "obey the command" (1 Jn 3:23,24).
